We're delighted to hear that you found the care to be excellent. Your kind feedback means a great deal to our team, who work hard every day to provide the highest standard of care and support.
My mum has been at Byron House for 15 months having moved her from another home. The care and love that the staff at BH show mum is amazing. I can finally relax and know she has the care she deserves. The team at BH, manager (Rengini), Duffsum, all the seniors, carers, cleaners, events (Linda) EVERY single one of them are lovely and I cannot thank you enough.
Your kind words mean a great deal to the entire team. Renjini, Duffson, Linda, our seniors, carers,...
The mgmt and staff are kind and very attentive. I would recommend Byron House!
Your kind words about our management...
Byron House is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and really make all the relatives welcome. It really does feel like our extended family. Mum came here just over 2 year ago (somewhat reluctantly!) and very quickly felt very at home. Cannot praise the staff enough and we love the close knit community and family friendly environment.
We understand that moving into a care home can be a big adjustment, so we're delighted to know that your Mum quickly felt at home...

Byron House is a lovely, homely, welcoming care home. Mum has settled well and the care she has been shown has been exceptional. Family and friends are welcomed, and are even invited to join some of the activities. I think this really helps the residents feel more at home. Being a smaller home gives it a lovely, intimate feel, without being overwhelming, which is perfect for Mum.

Food is good despite recent staffing problems. My daughter and I have particularly enjoyed having lunch at the home with my wife - who is pleased for herself that there are always alternatives to the set menus,
The staff are friendly and caring and always helpful. Activities are well organised including the special events to which families are invited.
The only downside we can think of, is the almost constant noise (beeps) from the call system, but this is ignored after a while.
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience with us. We are so pleased to hear that you find our home to be well managed, with caring staff, comfortable rooms, and enjoyable food options - and that you and your daughter have been able to share special moments...
My uncle has improved amazingly since being here. Healthwise he has very good care. Mentally he is so much better. The staff are lovely and very caring. He has a good rapport with them. They are also very chatty and friendly with us. They always inform me what is happening with my uncle. We are extremely happy with the care he is receiving.
We're thrilled to hear how well your Uncle is doing, it's wonderful to know he's thriving both physically and mentally. Our team works hard to provide not just quality care, but meaningful connections too. Your feedback means a lot to us, thank you.
I am in awe of the staff who are all so caring and attentive, they go above and beyond for their residents. The home is well-run by a fantastic, caring management team, the staff here are angels and I can't thank them enough.
