Clayburn Court

Mum moved into Clayburn in July and was welcomed by friendly, caring staff with encouraging positive attitudes - nothing was too much trouble. The home itself is well designed and has a modern homely feel rather than that of an hotel, like some do. An overall, good experience.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to Clayburn Ct for looking after our mum, who passed away in Aug 2026. We were always happy knowing she was safe & well cared for by all the staff there. They treated her with dignity & respect & she was happy in her final years. Plenty of activities & entertainment going on each week, she had a better social life than us !!!. The catering team always provide a good nutritious variety of menus which are enjoyed by the residents along with super buffets for special occasions like mother day. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for 5 star care for a loved one to consider Clayburn Ct.

Everyone is lovely, friendly and very attentive. Nanna enjoys the food and the services are great.

My mum is a resident of nearly 3 years she absolutely loves Clayburn Court, the staff are caring always on hand to help us as relatives as well as mum, food is lovely it always kept so clean everyone works so hard to make my mums stay comfortable, so many activities bingo singing dancing , and exersice that is good for the residents

Excellent staff, food choices are varied, plenty of activites for staff to engage with residents. Good communication by staff re care and special requests. Only improvement would be room of resident to be cleaned more frequently.

I am very pleased that the care my mum receives has been good in general i have at this time no problems with carers, she seems quite happy in herself.

Would like to see her out of bed more. Would like more attention/care support for her appearance.

Carers are wonderful with all residets they are very kind and thoughtful.

As this is a dementia home I am very surprised by the activities they get the residents to join in with and entertainment they have visit the home.

This care home is amazing they look after my mum and all residents very well I couldn't do what they do they all do amazing job from care cleaning and entertainment

My mother spent a few weeks at Clayburn Court as a respite service user. During her stay the care and compsssion attended to her was outstanding during her brief stay. I was very impressed with the staff reaction to the call bell being actioned where members of staff appeared within seconds. Staff also attended at regular times throughout the day and night. Also rooms were clean, food was good and visitors welcomed at any time.

Our mum Joyce came to live at Clayburn Court on 17/12/23. Her care has been exemplary, despite the many issues that mum chooses to raise, which are for the most part unfounded. Care is taken to understand mum's likes and dislikes & her health issues are always dealt with quickly & efficiently. The staff are efficient, hard working, and take their jobs very seriously.

When my mother moved into Clayburn Court she was received by the staff with open arms. The communications from the team leaders and team was excellent. My mother has settled in and is really happy. I would recommend the residential care home.

Clayburn has been a blessing to our family and i would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for thoughtful, compassionate and professional care, for their loved one.

My husband has been a resident for nearly 3 years. The care and service has been excellent from his first day to present day. Staff always helpful - cheerful and approachable.

Fabulous home from home, residents are well cared for and treated with love and dignity. Encouraged to stay independent within their ability. Entertainment is great, lovely to see residents happy and engaged. Staff are amazing and always helpful. So glad my mum was offered a home here.
