My mother looks content and happy.

I can’t believe how well Mum has settled, and for me knowing that she is so well cared for means that I can come away knowing that she is safe.

I am very happy with the care my mother is receiving, it gives my family and me a great deal of satisfaction knowing she is being so well looked after.

Thank you to all the staff at Clayburn Court for the wonderful high tea Mother's Day afternoon that you laid on for the residents and their families. The room decoration and the food were beautiful. Mum was very happy and it was so nice to meet up and chat with the other resident's sons and daughters.

Amazing, friendly caring staff. The residents always have big smiles on their faces. Lovely clean home. I would be very confident to leave a loved one in their capable hands! It's definitely a home-from-home!

Clayburn is more than a desirable building with comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities, it's a home! A home where the staff really care about the residents. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. When visiting my friend the staff at Clayburn are so welcoming and always helpful, it feels like a nice place to be! The activities that Clayburn provides, for its residents, are just amazing singing, exercising, dancing, pet/animal therapy and more. Totally impressed! As a healthcare provider in my own business, I know how important it is to know that your loved ones are as happy and well looked after as they can be.

We could never thank the staff at Clayburn Court enough for looking after both my aunts for the last few years of their lives. During that time, it became clear to us as a family that the home was not just a place where our loved ones went to be cared for, but also to be genuinely cared about. The transition from own home to care home is never easy for an elderly person, but my aunts eventually thought of Clayburn Court as home, which is a testament to how well they were looked after. It was of great comfort to our family to know that they were in such good hands. Again, thank you.

My father was at Clayburn Court Care Home for over two years and in August he passed away, the care and support from the staff and manager were amazing, I was welcomed and made to feel a part of their family at this difficult time. The care my father had from staff was above and beyond, they made his last final days so memorable, celebrating not only his 100th birthday, the first one at Clayburn, but taking my father to an RAF airfireld for his 101st birthday is truly wonderful. The staff attended my father's funeral in September and even provided the wake at the care home. To all those purple angels, thank you, your kindness and care will remain in my heart forever, not only as I know you will miss my father but I also will miss being a part of your family. Clayburn Court, may you all continue to be recognised for the dedication and hard work you all do on a daily basis. Thank you so much.

I was impressed with the level of care demonstrated to me as well as the other residents by all staff. Their compassion in delivering care is outstanding. I felt safe due to staff regularly checking in on my health and well-being. Thank you very much!

I would highly recommend this Clayburn Court Care Home to anyone that has to find a care home for their loved ones, this could be stressful and a worrying time for family members but the staff here are a credit to the management at Clayburn Court Care Home, polite, courteous and very friendly and very welcoming.

My mother has settled well, loves the staff, enjoys the food and is happy in her room. We visit frequently and are reassured by these visits that our mother is in the best place.

The staff were responsive and very helpful. The team leader was super, efficient, personable and very caring and engaging. Helped Mum settle and reduced her anxiety. The staff are gems doing a very demanding job. Mum moved from Clayburn to a home nearer family. Thanks to all staff who provided care to Mum during her stay.

This home is very comfortable, clean, well organised. They look after my mum who has complex needs really well, she is very happy here and well looked after.

I believe they are an exceptional team of caring workers.

The improvement of my mother's wellbeing, health and peace of mind is greatly improved due to the care she is receiving from the care home and I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their efforts for keeping my mother safe and well.

My mother is 91-years-old and has been a resident at Clayburn Court Care Home since January 2019. The physical care and emotional support she has received from staff at the home has been outstanding. However, I know my mother does find her room a bit cramped whenever she has more than one visitor and her social interaction with fellow residents has at times been difficult.

I am aware that my husband is treated with respect by all members of staff.
