I had a respite stay at Crisping Court and it was marvellous. I'm going again in March and I can't wait. Lovely staff. Excellent staff. Excellent care. Lovely home.

The staff at Crispin Court, Stafford, have made a very difficult situation run much more smoothly. The facilities and care have been excellent and if something is not right or needs to be improved, then they are always willing to help and follow up.

There could always be a few more staff as they all work very hard. On the whole, the food is good but sometimes the quality could be improved.

I came here in October 2017 with my husband, who was recovering from a serious illness and unfortunately, more illnesses developed and finally the flu, from which he did not recover.
The treatment he received here was so good. The staff were kindness itself.
I stayed here as my family would not let me go back to my house as I would have been too vulnerable - a five bedroomed, detached house in its own grounds.

They were right, all the staff are so kind.

My cousin has been resident in Crispin Court for two and a half years now, initially mobile and in reasonable health but latterly with deteriorating health. At all stages, she has been cared for appropriately, respecting her desire for some independence but quick to help when it became necessary.

Although the building is new and very clean, it is the staff that have made the care home what it is. My dad has put a stone on in weight in only two short weeks. His main problem was being extremely underweight. The staff are very caring and friendly, they take the time to get to know everyone, relatives as well.

Service, care, support etc is what can be expected, but being from a poor background and never having been well paid, I'm somewhat put out by seeing my inheritance go at the rate of £1000 a week. I now acknowledge that I won't get one.

Hopefully, champagne and caviar will be served with the £25 Christmas dinner.

My mum had lived a very active and fulfilling life for 93 years. She spent the last 2 months of her life at Crispin Court. There are no words to express fully, the wonderful friendliness and exceptional care mum received from everyone. All members of staff were so respectful and anxious to preserve mums dignity, which was so important to her. Everyone involved in her care called her by her first name, they took the time to chat her, getting to know her and popping in to help her with her favourite activities - crosswords and jigsaws. After a hospital visit, mum returned saying 'thank goodness I'm home' and smiled for the first time that day.
I could go home and relax knowing that mum was safe and receiving the best care possible.

The family will be forever grateful that it was Crispin Court that we chose for her care at what turned out to be the end of her life.

My mum has settled in well at Crispin Court. All staff have been fantastic but the wellbeing staff have gone the extra mile to support mum through a difficult time. The activities and friendships she has made with other residents fill mums day. One of mums friends took her out shopping and had a parking accident, disabling her car. Stranded, waiting for the breakdown company, she phoned Crispin Court and the staff, including the manager, organised a wellbeing team member to pick up my mum in the homes minibus and returned mum, reassuring her, what a team! I have been so impressed.

There is a real homely atmosphere. Nothing is too much for the staff, everyone is cheerful and friendly. It is a truly wonderful place.

Crispin Court Care Home, well, what can I say? What a pleasure. The home itself is just beautiful. We came to visit a friend who currently lives at Crispin. Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we entered the home with a warm reception and friendly faces. The food was very nice. My friend seems very happy here. I'm thinking about booking myself in when the time is right :)

This care home is very efficient and the staff are really friendly. They always offer help and support. It's very rare when I see a member of staff who isn't smiling! When myself or anyone else has a problem, staff always do their best to resolve it! I would recommend Crispin Court to everyone.
