My daughter is a resident at this care home,she has autism and global learning delay.The care and support she recieves is very good,the staff and residents all have a very good relationship,the support she gets is very good and all her needs are more then catered for.I have very good contact with...
My daughter is a resident at this care home,she has autism and global learning delay.The care and support she recieves is very good,the staff and residents all have a very good relationship,the support she gets is very good and all her needs are more then catered for.I have very good contact with my daughter and the staff keep me informed of any and all things relating to her and her care.I would highly recomend this care home and Kingsley as a care provider.

My son is a resident at Cypress House. He has complex medical needs and learning difficulties. From our initial visit, through the whole transition process, to moving in, the experience has been nothing but positive. The staff are so supportive and welcoming, the care and attention to detail is outstanding and my son has settled into his new home extremely quickly. The staff are enthusiastic, energetic and keep my son active, happy and safe. The home has a lovely, warm atmosphere, lovely modern furnishings and a huge rear garden. Would highly recommend!
