My dad initially went to Floryn House for respite care following a spell in hospital and before his respite ended he decided he loved it so much that he wanted to stay permanently. As a family, we have nothing but praise for the manager and all the staff. The home has a welcoming feel from the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly and speaks to you and you feel you're part of the Floryn House family. Dad is really well looked after and nothing is too much trouble, he has flourished since arriving at the home and is happily mixing with the other residents and staff and is more like his old sociable self again. I would have no hesitation in recommending Floryn to friends and family. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and professional. I feel very confident that he is getting the best care possible. It's 10/10 from me!

The staff have been welcoming and reassuring to us as a family through the whole process. Moving both parents was quite an overwhelming task made so much easier by management through to domestic staff. My parents have been married for 60 years and for the last 2 years been apart, so the staff at Floryn House have accommodated some time for them each day, to lie down and sleep side by side which has been my mother's wish for so long and has had a huge impact on their emotional well being. thank you.

In comparison to the care home I have come from, I feel I am now in heaven! This home is stunningly beautiful and it's everything I could wish for. The amenities are amazing.
