Four Oaks Nursing Home is a care home for up to 62 people. All bedrooms at the home have en-suite facilities with a toilet, sink and shower. My mum has only been here a few weeks but the change is vast. She hadn't been out of bed in three months. She was up and in her chair the 2nd day. The staff are patient and kind nothing is too much trouble I can't praise them enough. I'm so happy to see my mum smiling and eating full meals. Everything
is geared up to make her feel at home. Visits anytime, stay as long as you like, and lots of activities to keep residents occupied. It's wonderful it's like staying in a 5* hotel. Not one complaint. Put my name down for a room

Mum moved into Four Oaks in June after a very difficult few months for us as a family. The staff were great right from the start, keeping us informed and updated. You can see that all of the staff care so very much for the residents even when behaviour can be challenging. The activity coordinators are
wonderful organising so many different activities for all of the residents. When there has been any issue it has been dealt with quickly. We feel very fortunate to have found this care home for mum.

My cousin is a resident here, and the care he is provided with is exemplary. I am a retired nurse and latterly a nurse lecturer, so I have lots of experience with care work. His room and all common areas are spotlessly clean. His behaviour can be challenging at times, but the staff are able to deal
with it and deescalate difficult behaviours. I found the manager very knowledgeable and helpful. Well done to him for managing such great care for all.

I would like to thank the two ladies who organised the activities they do an excellent job. The Queen's Jubilee and birthday party were great. I can't praise Four Oaks highly enough for the care my mum has received whilst she has been a resident there. It has a lovely feel when you walk it. It is kept beautifully clean, and when I have been there at mealtimes, the food looks and smells lovely, and I know my mum really enjoys it. Aside from
the surroundings though, what I feel is the most important thing is the wonderful, caring staff that work there. The management, nursing staff and care assistants are second to none.

My mother loves living here, all staff are very approachable and very caring, can't do enough for my mum. Mum's bedroom is immaculate - always has clean clothes on every day and has a choice of meals which are freshly made that day. Mum can sit in her room or interact with her friends - she loves living
here - wouldn't want her anywhere else.

My mum was in Four Oaks for seven weeks for respite care whilst essential work was carried out on her house. After doing a lot of research, I knew Four Oaks would be the best place for her, and luckily, a respite place came available at the right time. My mum's care was excellent, and she really enjoyed
her stay. All the staff were so kind, and my mum 100% enjoyed every aspect.

My sister was in Four Oaks for 8-months, and her care could not have been better. The love, support and patience was a joy to see. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and everything was done with a smile, which the residents responded to. The home was run well with the manager available to everyone,
the office staff were courteous and very helpful. The support given to relatives was thoughtful and empathetic. I would recommend this home with pleasure.

The reasonable adjustments made for individuals are outstanding. The loving care the staff give to each and every resident is incredible. I have seen my brother go from a distressed and unhappy person on arrival to a happy and contented individual in just a few weeks there. It gives me and my family

I made the very difficult decision to find a care home for my mother after she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer earlier this year. My mother lived at Four Oaks Care Home for two months while her terminal cancer progressed aggressively and she passed away at the home. The amazing team at Unit One took
care of my mother and was the most wonderful source of support to me. I visited the home regularly and got to know so many of the nurses, support workers and the management well. Without them this horrendous period in my mother and my life would have been even more intolerable. My heartfelt thanks go to the home manager and the team at the office. The truly special support workers and nurses in Unit One, four members of staff in particular and another special shout out to another member of staff. All of you supported my mum and I so well, I don’t know what I would have done without your support and empathy. You all have a really challenging job looking after residents who are unwell and need support. I will be grateful to you all forever.

I have been very happy with the staff at Four Oaks. They are very caring, helpful and friendly. They have had a difficult time with visitors with lockdown, but have been very gracious with us. The rooms and reception are always clean and tidy.

Beverley Davies, the new Home Manager at Four Oaks, has over 30 years of experience, having worked in the healthcare sector for over 30 years.


She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role having previously worked as a home manager in a number of care homes as well as a Regional Director at a national care company.


She is dedicated to providing high-quality care and eager to make a difference for the benefit of residents within the home.

I then moved into the Private Sector as a Clinical Lead, gaining 2 years of experience as a Deputy Manager in Health and Social Care. I am passionate about providing excellent care and thoroughly enjoy my job. I am excited to join Kingsley Healthcare. In my spare time, I enjoy bouldering, yoga, spending time with my family, and traveling to new places.

I have twenty-four years’ experience within the hospitality sector, working in various roles and companies such as IHG, Melia and the University of Manchester. I have joined Four Oaks as Hospitality Manager and am driven by delivering exceptional service and standards every day. I am passionate about people and making a difference in people’s lives. Four Oaks is a great place, and the team here creates a home environment to be proud of, and I want to add to that with fantastic food, service and comfort that really makes us stand out as care providers.


Outside of work, I write and perform music and have, in recent years, become an author working on several books.

Anna Bratyszewska

Job Title: Administrator Joined: 2017

Anna is an administrator at Four Oaks Care Home. In this role, Anna manages all aspects of administration, including ordering, invoicing and payroll. She is a qualified economist and holds a diploma from her time spent in education in Poland. Anna is no stranger to administrative work, having spent 14 years working as a deputy manager and carer which taught her the importance of compassion. She also has more than four years of PA experience.

Nicola Wagster

Job Title: Head Housekeeper Joined: 2016

Nicola is the Head Housekeeper at Four Oaks Care Home. In this role, she leads a team providing care and home cleanliness, focussing on all aspects of infection control, audits, and fire and safety policies. She has an NVQ 2 qualification from City & Guilds and has spent over ten years in the industry. Her experience as a room attendant and supervisor has taught Nicola the importance of focusing on attention to detail.

Chloe Williams

Job Title: Lifestyle Manager Joined: 2018

Chloe has been working at Four Oaks for over 6 years and is a very creative person, with a Level 3 Diploma in Art and Design.


Creating themed activities for our residents is something Chloe is passionate about. Chloe loves to turn an activity into an experience for them and capture those moments through photos and TikTok, for their loved ones to see.

Patryk

Patryk Narzekalski

Job Title: Head Chef Joined: 2023

Patryk joined Kingsley in 2023 as our Head Chef and is originally from Poland.


He is passionate about food and specialises in meats and steaks.


Patryk has previously worked for large hotel groups such as Kimpton and Radisson.
