Overall Experience

Having visited over 20 care homes we were very relieved to find Four Oaks a clean, secure, caring home for my brother, which gives me a clear conscience in placing him there. It has a new team of staff clearly focused on delivering a warm and welcoming environment, both for the client, family and friends.

This care home is beautiful and a very happy place.
All the staff are wonderful.
Nothing is too much trouble.
They certainly go the extra mile, this is including the nursing staff, management, maintenance and the housekeepers.

We are so happy to visit our sister twice or three times a week.

Overall Experience
My husband has been a resident here since the home first opened last summer.
He settled well in his new surroundings and we enjoyed the garden and sun lounge during those first months.
The staff team has been caring and hard-working through the past eight months while gradually welcoming more residents and taking on more staff.
A wide range of activities and entertainment has been introduced very successfully.
Christmas was lovely.

I know that my husband is well cared for and I, too, always feel welcome as there is always a friendly, homely atmosphere.

My husband has been looked after so very well, especially with his oxygen machine used daily and more so at night. Also with all care and attention, my husband has chronic lungs and it is easy for him to get an infection. The nurses try to prevent the infection getting worse, so they treat my husband quickly with antibiotics that saves him ending up in hospital. Plus the staff pick him up from the falls he has had. I am so pleased with Four Oaks, the place has a lovely atmosphere, so pleasant, so caring and lovely building. Well recommended. Thank you.

Overall Experience

I was not expecting that!! My uncle has recently moved into Four Oaks and this was my 1st visit, I must say, it far exceeded my expectations, based on my previous experience of care homes. The facilities are excellent, the staff welcoming and friendly. I found my uncle in a well appointed immaculately clean room and whilst I was there, his needs were met in a timely manner, by caring staff ( most impressed ) I was accompanied on the visit by my brother and sister, they too were very pleased that our uncle has such a nice environment in which to spend what we reassuringly feel will be happy years ahead. I know I have marked the home highly, but I really could not on first impressions, justifiably do otherwise. Thank you
