Four Oaks Nursing Home is a care home for up to 62 people. All bedrooms at the home have en-suite facilities with a toilet, sink and shower. Really lovely place. My mum is finally living her best life and always has a smile on her face, the same as her sister did when she lived here. Also, staff's communication has been brilliant, especially during the hard time with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Dad went into the care home for respite care in April/May 2020. He came home at the end of May. I looked after him till Oct. He went into the care home in October for assessment. He was finally assessed in December. It was decided that it was best for dad to stay in the care home permanently. He seems
to have settled in nicely. All of the staff are very helpful.

My husband has been a resident at Four Oaks for nearly 3 years and I couldn’t wish for a nicer home. He is well cared for always clean, well-fed and very content. Dad's condition and wellbeing has deteriorated recently, the staff at the home are absolutely brilliant, nothing too much trouble. They keep the family well informed and meet Dad's needs on a daily basis. Dad has settled in and the staff are very accommodating when he is displaying challenging behaviour.

We have all struggled with the restrictions that are in place to protect the residents of our care homes. But when my mum reached end of life care, we were allowed to spend time with her and we saw how much care the staff were providing from walking in to the activity manager playing the banjo and singing
or on the last day when I was able to get there, there were 2 members of staff at her bedside caring for her. I would like to give six stars and give some thanks to particular members of staff, but you cannot do this here, but you really have some fabulous people working for you.

As my husband has only been in the home for four weeks, I find all the staff and management very friendly and easy to talk to. It's unfortunate I am not able to visit but do understand with the difficult circumstances we are living in at this time. I am able to Facetime with him.

I have always been pleased with the care of the staff, friendly and approachable when needed.
Consistency of staffing is important to me and the resident although I understand nothing is perfect and this can be difficult at times.
It is very pleasant to visit Four Oaks and enjoy the facilities.

Very satisfied to have found this care home for my relatives who have differing care needs. Regular contacts by newsletter and FaceTime have been extremely valuable, especially during the lockdown and I very much hope this will continue after restrictions are relaxed. It is not possible to make frequent
regular visits, even after lockdown so this is essential for us. Staff are thoughtful, caring and polite in our experience.

My dad has been at Four Oaks since February 2020. He went straight into Four Oaks from hospital after breaking his hip in another care home. They had him up walking within days of moving in there. He is always clean and tidy, his care is wonderful, his room is lovely, all the staff are caring and compassionate
and my dad likes it which is the most important thing.

My mother has been a resident for over six months and for the first few months her behaviour was very challenging to say the least. Staff worked with her and together with their help and the right medication she has become settled. Staff are great and keep you up to date. The activity staff have worked
hard during the Covid pandemic to arrange video calls to families with their loved ones. The only concern at the home is the quality of food which is not always warm or appetising and this does need to be addressed.

A friendly home for mum and her visitors; with many genuinely caring, approachable staff covering all levels and roles, nothing is too much trouble with staff always happy to help.
The well-tended gardens are perfect for outdoor activities and socialising during the summer months. The activities team
work extremely hard in expanding a range of activities to suit residents' abilities and interests; painting proving very popular with Mum.
In choosing a suitable care home; it was important that in addition to providing safe, quality care that the home's environment should be bright and cheery with space and privacy for making regular family visits enjoyable both for Mum and ourselves. Four Oaks met our criteria perfectly.
Pleased that the current manager operates an open-door policy to discuss any residents’ and relatives’ concerns or needs, also, that there are some great ideas for ongoing improvements.
We’ve no misgivings for making Four Oaks our first choice of care home for our Mum.

I was so relieved when my dad was given a place at Four Oaks as he had been stuck in the hospital for a few months and it was felt that it would not be right for him to return home due to his needs. He was welcomed so nicely by all staff and commented to my mum after a couple of days; that he felt that
it 'would do us nicely', and I feel he is right as his surroundings at Four Oaks are superb. His room was freshly painted and was made appropriate to him. Despite a few emergencies stays back in the hospital, Dad has settled in extremely well. He is treated with respect as well as affection by the staff who support him well with his self-care and he interacts well with them. Dad has had excellent care from the nursing staff who deal with his complex medical needs very well. He eats well again and is quick to go to the dining area when he hears the food trolleys arrive. I feel confident that Dad is being well looked after and would like to thank the staff wholeheartedly for their care.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role having previously worked as a home manager in a number of care homes as well as a Regional Director at a national care company.

Anna is an administrator at Four Oaks Care Home. In this role, Anna manages all aspects of administration, including ordering, invoicing and payroll. She is a qualified economist and holds a diploma from her time spent in education in Poland. Anna is no stranger to administrative work, having spent 14 years working as a deputy manager and carer which taught her the importance of compassion. Nicola is the Head Housekeeper at Four Oaks Care Home. In this role, she leads a team providing care and home cleanliness, focussing on all aspects of infection control, audits, and fire and safety policies. She has an NVQ 2 qualification from City & Guilds and has spent over ten years in the industry. Her experience as a room attendant and supervisor has taught Nicola the importance of focusing on attention to detail.

Chloe has been working at Four Oaks for over 6 years and is a very creative person, with a Level 3 Diploma in Art and Design.


Creating themed activities for our residents is something Chloe is passionate about. Chloe loves to turn an activity into an experience for them and capture those moments through photos and TikTok, for their loved ones to see.

Patryk

Patryk Narzekalski

Job Title: Head Chef Joined: 2023

Patryk joined Kingsley in 2023 as our Head Chef and is originally from Poland.


He is passionate about food and specialises in meats and steaks.


Patryk has previously worked for large hotel groups such as Kimpton and Radisson.
