Grand View Care Home

Fantastic care home. Really take the care and dignity of their residents into consideration and provides absolutely exemplary care. Care assistants are brilliant, and the nurses are top-grade and have such wonderful compassion. The food always looks nutritious and filling. Very safe home in the most dignified fashion. Thank you for providing such wonderful and dignified care.

His room was personalised and clean. He was going to play dominoes and watch a movie in the afternoon.

My mother entered Grand View in August 2022. The house manager was informative and welcoming. We were delighted and felt it was important that she was able to furnish her room with her own things. Her time spent at Grand View was a great success. She felt happy, safe and never lonely allowing her to enjoy her last few months near her family. All the staff were caring, polite and respectful at all times. Having the Bistro area for patients and visitors alike was a brilliant facility to use. I would recommend Grand View to all.

I visited my friend's mum with my friend to see her mum. The receptionist was lovely, friendly and professional. Enjoyed the afternoon.

I have visited Grand View Care Home Since my client needed respite care. Since being at Grand View I have seen her flourish socially and become interactive with other residents and staff. The staff at Grand View are second to none and are always helpful, reliable and supportive of any questions that we ask. The new deputy manager has been a breath of fresh air and always welcomes everyone with a smile and her knowledge of tissue viability has helped my client and further my understanding for when she comes home.
