Harlow Hall is a beautiful care home, clean, tidy and everyone is very friendly. The food is lovely. The rooms are beautiful, clean, plenty of storage and display units, the bathroom is superb with also plenty of storage. Mum's happy there and would highly recommend it.

From the beginning, the staff made mum feel welcome, safe, and respected. They took the time to understand her needs and routines, making the transition much smoother than expected. It's clear she is not just being looked after, but genuinely cared for.
The team are approachable, compassionate, and professional, and communication has been excellent. It gives great peace of mind knowing she is in such capable hands.
Harlow Hall is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. There has been a noticeable improvement in mums wellbeing, would highly recommended to others.

It was my mums first time at a care home and she was very anxious, it was clear from entering Harlow hall that it was a friendly and welcoming place, more like a hotel was my first impression. My mum soon settled in and the staff were amazing friendly, and tentative to all her needs. Activities and entertainment which include a cinema beauty salon, crafts a sky bar tribute bands and dances trips out to name a few, these are encouraged but never forced and was lovely that the staff are tuned in to everybody's individual needs, my mum had a great time at Harlow hall and they even made her birthday special with other residents and a cake.I can't recommend Harlow hall enough and my mum will be returning soon with confidence, thank you guys so much.

My sister moved in here a month ago at fairly short notice and it is therefore quite a sudden change of circumstances for her. She has been made very welcome and I am particularly struck by how well all the staff know who she is and also the records they keep of how she is doing. And how friendly...
My only other comment is that checking in her could possibly have been handled better but that was probably down to the time we arrived which was late on a Friday afternoon.

From the time he arrived at Harlow Hall was welcomed by all the kind, caring & friendly staff. He has settled into the home well & enjoys the wide range of activities on offer, especially the summer BBQs & football at the local club which is organised by the home for residents! Harlow Hall has a positive culture & a wonderful community spirit which is a testament to their core values! The home continues to be responsive & supportive to my husband's health & social care needs! My husband is safe & I cannot recommend the home more! Harlow hall provided attentive and warm care to my Mother. They were willing to work with her sometimes challenging mental health difficulties. Staff were always friendly and knew how she was doing. Her room was bright and welcoming.

My mother was resident at Harlow Hall from August to October 2025. The facilities are 5*. The staff were efficient and very experienced, the management team dealt with our concerns seriously, effectively with good communication, keeping us updated on my mother's health issues and general mental state. Many of the staff were great fun and really tried to make her stay a 'home from home' experience, which isn't easy for a lady of 94 who had lived independently at her home for the past 46 years. The staff listened to our concerns and put various strategies in place to help her with the transition. My mother was very reticent to take part in the daily activities but they tried to encourage her to socialise in the afternoon, if she wouldn't they'd pop onto see her regularly. The food menu was varied and delicious with alternatives offered if she didn't like today's choices. To sum up; if I needed residential care I would book myself into Harlow Hall to be cared for by all the lovely staff!

Mum has been a resident at Harlow Hall for 9 months. The facilities are very good and the staff are excellent and very caring. Mum has made some friends and enjoys participating in the activities when she is well enough. I would recommend Harlow Hall as a good care home.

Every member of the team was friendly and compassionate. They took wonderful care of my mum, treating her with dignity and kindness. In her final days, they also looked after me with the same warmth and understanding, making an incredibly difficult time a little easier to bear.
I cannot thank the team at Harlow Hall enough for their support and dedication. I would recommend this care home to anyone looking for a safe and supportive environment for their loved one.

It gives him a fun day out, mixing with others, with staff watching out for him and encouraging him to join in and experience new things and companionship. Family made just as welcome even though dad only attends 1 day a week. All one big family, lovely atmosphere.

We are very excited by the brand new care home coming to the heart of Aldershot in Summer 2023. It's the first care home to come to Aldershot since 2016, and, with such a central location, we're aiming to play an important role within the local community.
