Harlow Hall

Comfortable room. Modern facilities. The communal areas were very nice. Limited outside space. Staff excellent. As there were only eight residents during my two-week stay, facilities were somewhat limited. Also, the food choice was a little limited. As the number of residents increases I am sure this will much improve.

Nothing it too much trouble for them.

Five star quality in every way! My grandma loves her new home! Harlow Hall is luxury living with a homely atmosphere. My grandma is very impressed with the 5-star restaurant-style inclusive meals and the not so tiny interactive tablet keeps her mind stimulated a huge improvement to her usual newspaper word games at home! Thank you to the Harlow team and keep up the outstanding care!

I came here for three weeks of respite care, but after only two days, I decided I wanted to move in and live here permanently. The staff are all very nice, even though they are run off their feet.

When coming to the care home, you are always greeted by staff who are always polite and happy. There are always staff around that are always on hand. It’s a very modern home and feels like you are just at home. If you have any questions or queries staff are very good at helping.

My mother is a resident and moved in last month. The service from the manager and his team is excellent. Mum really enjoys the meals and especially the fish and chips. The house is beautiful and brand new but very homely.

Harlow Hall is a light, bright, welcoming home. The staff are friendly and always there if you need them. The rooms have their own front door, just like walking into your own home. Each room has an ensuite, TV, safe, and fridge. Mum has only been there a few months but she really enjoys the food and has even put on a little weight. Overall Mum is very happy and so am I to know she is being well looked after.

Such an amazing care home. The staff go out of their way and above and beyond what they are expected to do, to make sure that the residents are happy and welcomed. They all have a great sense of humour and are a joy to be around. The food served is of restaurant quality and the chef is lovely. I feel like Mum is part of one big happy family at Harlow Hall and the staff have made my mum a much happier person than she was before she moved into the care home. The staff have an amazing teamwork ethic but are all so lovely and knowledgeable and nothing seems too much effort for them to do.

Took Mum to view in July with my sister, we were absolutely amazed, looks like a 5-star hotel. Bedrooms have double hospital bed, even a mini fridge. The staff were amazing, we had our fingers crossed she would become a resident, when we found she had been accepted, almost cried, definitely a place I would like to retire in. Mum is so happy, she has got her life back with new friends and a lovely family feeling, we know Mum is safe and happy.

Harlow Hall is a fantastic care home. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and happy to help you with any questions or concerns. The care home itself is a beautiful home, and the communal spaces are beautifully decorated and have the most relaxing feel about them. The resident’s rooms are roomy and comfortable, a bit like a four-star hotel! The food is first class - my mother raves about it. Since my mother has moved into Harlow Hall, she has become so much happier; it’s literally given her a new lease of life! Thank you, Harlow Hall; you have not just helped my mother but also the rest of the family.
