Review from Melanie K (Mother of Resident) published on 6 October 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
This lovely home is small and homely with a high carer to patient ratio.
During COVID several staff stayed on site between shifts instead of going home and, amazingly, there were no cases of COVID in the home.
The manager is very efficient and responds to questions or requests, then actions them rapidly. If the manager isn't on site, the other staff are quick to deal with queries and needs.
The manager and carers respect the dignity of our daughter and always see her as an individual.

The staff are very caring and kind; carers take our daughter regularly to a number of activities. Family members are also involved in her care and regularly take her out or to stay at home.
