When we met both Ryan and Yana we knew straight away that we were making the right decision. We met in what were quite stressful circumstances having just lost dad, their empathy and care was outstanding. Mum, Brenda moved in and the moving in process was quick and extremely positive. The room was clean, bright and airy. The en suite was large and safe. All of the staff have been exceptional but especially Paul, now known as Dr Paul by mum, he has made a lasting impression on mum and us as a family for his care and compassion. Mum tells me the food has been excellent, she is quite a fussy eater but tells me she has enjoyed all of her meals. The garden area is well kept and accessible which really helps. I can't thank the team enough, clearly Yana runs a very professional, happy and friendly care home, all of the staff we have met are a true shining example of what you would expect when finding a care home, in fact they have all exceeded our expectations. Thank you all so much

But the staff and Managment made you very welcome and also my husband was very soon settled.

My Dad loves it here. He chats to everyone and they always smile and know his name. It's like one big happy family at Juniper House. I live overseas, so to know that Dad is being cared for by the team is a huge relief to me and my family.
Also food is fantastic and the building is clean and new.
Thank you all!!

My father has just had an amazing 10 days respite, he absolutely loved his time here. This deserves a 10/10 rating I couldn't fault anything, the staff are all fantastic, the facilities amazing, so very clean & spacious, the rooms are beautiful, dad had everything he needed, I won't hesitate to use Juniper House in the Future!!!

She's enjoying the social life and activities and although with age there are physical issues, mentally she seems to be back to her old self with life at Juniper House helping her to make a full recovery.
As a visitor I've also been impressed with all aspects of the care she receives
Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. It's wonderful to hear how your friend is thriving, enjoying the social side of life, and feeling more like herself again. We're so pleased the care and support provided have made a positive difference, and that you've felt reassured during your visits too.
My mum stayed at Juniper House for 2 weeks respite whilst I was away on holiday. Excellent care home, clean, staff very friendly and approachable, lots to do, would thoughly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again, a big thank you.
Thank you for sharing such lovely feedback. We're delighted to hear your mum enjoyed her respite stay and that you found the home clean, welcoming and full of engaging activities. Thank you for sharing this wonderful feedback. We're so pleased your aunt felt happy and well cared for, and that our team made her stay so special.
Mom stayed at Juniper House for 8 days in March while we had a break. She was a bit aprehensive as she had an unpleasant experience with a previous care home. But mom was treated so well that she not only felt safe. She felt cared for. The staff were amazing especially a lady called Claire who mom took a real liking to. We will definitely be using this respite care again in the future.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We're delighted to hear your mum felt safe, supported and genuinely cared for during her stay, and that the team helped make her respite experience such a positive one.
Mum has become a permanent resident at Juniper. This was following two recent respites. I find myself saying I have nothing but praise for the wonderful care staff looking after Mum, as they get to know her specific needs. There is an excellent team at this care home, including the wonderful ladies on reception. Nicky in particular helped clinch the deal, so to speak, while I made one of the most difficult decisions of my life, entrusting my loved one to more capable and professional hands. The fantastic 'nothing is too much' maintenance guy is an absolute star! The home has a great housekeeping and kitchen team too. I would describe the carers as nothing short of being guardian angels, so thank you! My advice to anyone placing or having a loved one in respite or permanent care, is to communicate any concerns you may have. I have found the staff very quick to respond in addressing the issues, whilst prioritising the resident's needs & safety.
Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear how well your mum has settled and that the whole team has helped you feel supported during such an important decision. It means so much to know she is receiving care that feels personalised, responsive and comforting.
My mother was admitted on 28 Dec 2025. The help the staff have given to myself and my wife has been exellent. My mother has been given exellent care at Juniper House. Staff are always approachable and knowledgeable. I would recommend the house.

Enjoyed visiting my sister. All the staff were very pleasant & helpful. My sister was at the care home for a week and she seemed to be very happy & content.
The home is always clean + tidy and the staff are brilliant. I feel my mom could not be in a better home. Thank you to all staff.
Thank you for sharing such lovely feedback. We're delighted to hear you feel your mum is in the best possible place and that our team's care and attention make a real difference. Your kind words mean a lot to us.

Answering all our maybe silly questions. John has been in for nearly 3 weeks now, and he loves it; all the staff are very kind and friendly.

My mother reached a point where she was unable to cope at home alone. So we began to search for a care home which was a daunting prospect as we had never had anything to do with care homes before. I am delighted to review and report that Juniper house has been fantastic. The staff have been very approachable communicating and explaining everything that we need to do and the process of moving my mother into the care home was simple and stress free. My mother's experience ,although it takes time to adjust to the new surroundings, has been fantastic. The care home is very clean and all of the staff are very attentive and my mother has been extremely well looked after. I would highly recommend Juniper House as a residential care home for a relative. It is such a relief for all of our family to know that our mother is well looked after here.
I have visited my aunt at the care home since she moved there at its opening ten years ago. The combination of compassion and professional ability that the home provides has always been clearly on display. The happiness and friendliness that my aunt has experienced, and herself spoken of, is very easy to appreciate and be thankful for. Now that my aunt withdraws into herself and faces the changes of her later days, it is a relief to know that this compassion and professional care continue. I have full trust in this from the time that my mother was in the same care home and experienced the same excellent level of care before she passed away.
Thank you for your kind words and continued trust over the years. We're truly grateful to have supported both your aunt and mother, and it's reassuring to know our care has made a meaningful difference. Your feedback means a lot to our team.
My father was in Juniper House for one week's respite care. From the receptionist to the senior manager(s), I cannot fault any staff members - they really did care, not only for the residents, but for relatives as well. The home itself was clean, tidy, and there was plenty of communal areas for residents. I would not hesitate to recommend Juniper House to anyone. Thank you to all, I am sure my Dad will be back!
Thank you for your lovely review. We're so pleased your father felt well cared for during his stay, and that you found our team and environment welcoming. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we'll be sure to share them with everyone here at Juniper House.
Very friendly atmosphere. Very clean everywhere. Carers very caring and treating residents with respect. Everyone very helpful and listen to any queries we may have. Could have more consistent activities - some days no activities, needs more stimulation. Some days a bit boring.
Thank you so much for your wonderful words for our team and the care they provide. I have already passed on your feedback to the home in relation to our experiences. Your feedback is truly invaluable.
I am delighted that my mum is in Juniper House! The staff are always happy and cheerful, communicating with the residents with care, respect and dignity. My mum has taken some time to settle, but this time has been treated with patience and understanding. Food is plentiful and has some choice, well prepared and served to all residents in the dining room, important to those who need some company!
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're really pleased to hear your mum is settling in and that our team's care and kindness have made a difference. It's great to know the dining experience and companionship are being enjoyed too.
From my first visit here, I have been impressed with the caring, calm and friendly atmosphere. This first impression has continued through the week while my husband has been here for respite care. All the staff have been so patient with him and so reassuring to me whenever I have called. I know he would rather be at home with me at his 'beck and call', but I really, really have needed this break. To know that he is in such good hands has enabled me to relax and catch up on sleep and my own life. It is a lovely place.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're really glad to hear that your husband felt well cared for and that you were able to take a much-needed break with peace of mind. It means a lot to know our team helped make this time easier for both of you.
My mother was fortunate to reside in Juniper House for past 8 years, until she passed at the end of April. The home is friendly, well led and safe. Mum was always very happy and all her needs were met. I was always informed of any changes in mums health. Any issues that I raised were addressed quickly and efficiently. Care staff work very hard, they are patient and always have the residents best interest at heart. I spent two weeks with mum as the end approached, I have nothing but admiration for the staff, they work so hard, in an often challenging environment, they always had a smile and their patience is commendable. Well done Juniper! and thank you.
Thank you for your heartfelt review. We're truly grateful that Juniper House could be your mother's home for the past eight years. It means so much to know she was happy and well cared for, and that you felt supported, especially during such a difficult time.
