Went to visit our daughter's mother-in-law on Friday 8th December and were literally stunned at the warm welcome. The absolute cleanliness of the home and happy occupants. Never have I seen such a perfect home! We were shown around the rooms and facilities and have never and I mean never seen anything so stunning. It's better than a 5* hotel. Congratulations Langham Manor you will never be beaten. Thank you.

My dad was at Langham Manor as end of life care. All the staff were so kind and caring, making sure he was comfortable and pain-free at all times. The attention to detail for his birthday was outstanding.

The staff on duty when he passed away were so touching and little touches by them and management were so thoughtful. It was just such a shame he was only there for a few weeks. We can't thank Langham Manor enough.

It was a pleasure and an honour to celebrate your father's last birthday. We knew it would mean a lot to you as his family. Sometimes it's the small things that we all do in life that have the biggest impact. I'm pleased that this was the case for you.

I came into Langham Manor for respite care after a bad fall. Never have I met such kindness, nothing is too much trouble and you are waited on hand and foot. Food is delicious, it certainly tempted my appetite back. Everyone, staff and residents are a pleasure to be with. I'm well satisfied with everything. I would not hesitate to recommend Langham Manor.

I have been very happy since moving into Langham Manor in August. The furnishings and decor are very stylish and outstanding, it feels like a luxury hotel. I like using the bistro, cinema room, hair salon, and had a wonderful afternoon tea in the library room.
Our social events have been fun, we do card games, bingo, painting, and crafts.
Some outings are planned for the future.

The carers and management are so kind, we are so lucky.

Mum and Dad had been waiting for several months for Langham Manor to open. During that time the management team have been fantastic, keeping us up to date with progress and home visits to talk through admin. Since Mum and Dad have become residents, we have noticed a big improvement in their outlook on life. Mum started knitting again after many months! The care has been outstanding with regular care reviews and all medical needs met promptly. It is a five-star hotel with care surrounding them.

I think it's brilliant. Wonderful food. I am really well looked after. It is lovely because your family can come in and are welcomed. Two staff members in particular are top of the pops, and the chefs are wonderful and all the carers are fantastic. Lovely to have the outside areas and internal decor beautiful but also comfy.

I am so pleased with how my father settled into the home. He had a welcoming greeting when he arrived. He was given a choice from the chef for lunch and chose sirloin steak. The chef will cook meals anytime. My father put on 2lbs in the first week. The location is ideal, close to the town centre, my father was still able to walk to his barbers/paper shop with one of the carers. All staff are friendly, helpful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. The home has a five-star hotel feeling with five-star food and care. After my father's first week, I was so happy to see him relaxed, happy and his confidence returning. I left with a tear in my eye.
