My mother came to Portsdown View for respite with a view to becoming a permanent resident. All staff are very knowledgeable taking great care to get to know my mother, enabling her to have individualised care, everyone is extremely friendly and always smiling.
Nothing is too much trouble, their attention
to detail is exceptional, as is the care and support shown not only to my mother but to the whole family. It is a real pleasure to visit my mother in such a beautiful setting with great staff, great food and a great atmosphere.

My mother has settled so well. We are just amazed at how happy and content she is. She is certainly living her best life. The staff are always friendly and kind. We can see that Mum is content and praises the staff and home. A well-thought-out concept here. It certainly compares with a 5* hotel but
better.

My wife stayed with you for a few days while I was in hospital.
No one wants to be away from their home but my wife absolutely loved it at Portsdown Place.
Without exception, the staff and facilities were first class.

The care received by my mother-in-law has been outstanding from the outset. The home is beautifully furnished, welcoming and spotless. The food is appetising and the staff are accommodating to individual needs and all so friendly. The overall improvement in my mother-in-law is amazing. She is back to

There is nothing to criticise about this home. As soon as you walk through the door, you feel you are amongst friends. Everyone is so professional and caring. We all feel, as a family, that we can relax knowing that my mother-in-law could not receive any better care. It has been lovely to see her come
to life since she has been here and see her join in with the activities and make new friends. It is an all-inclusive home, and we feel very welcome here. I cannot praise it highly enough.
