Overall Experience

My father had a week’s respite in the care home following several hospital admissions. There was a good balance between giving him the care that he needed and encouraging him to regain his independence. He has now returned to his own home and is doing well.

Reply from Jo Wilson, Village Adviser at Bupa Aston-on-Trent Care Home

Extremely comfortable and attractive surroundings. Rooms are beautifully furnished and warm. My father has everything he needs. The nursing care has been superb. Every member of staff is extremely pleasant. My father has been treated with respect and dignity. I have been kept fully informed and consulted about his care. I am absolutely certain that he could not be better cared for anywhere.

Overall Experience

My mother became a resident of Dovedale, within Richmond Care Village at the beginning of December last year. We were concerned as to how she would respond in this very different environment to the one she had become accustomed to. Over the five weeks she has been with you we have been very pleased with the way she has adapted to her new home with the help of your kind and caring staff. The facilities you provide are excellent.

Reply from Jo Wilson, Village Manager at Bupa Aston-on-Trent Care Home
