Overall Experience

My mum was a resident for two weeks on the care unit at Wood Norton. The love, care and support she was given was exceptional and indeed our family. She was treated with such dignity equal to her being at home. I cannot thank the staff enough for their professionalism they were incredible so loving and caring it made the situation we were in so much easier to deal with and for my dad to face the future. I cannot thank them all enough or recommend Wood Norton village more highly.

Overall Experience
My parents moved to Wood Norton on the Care Floor in the middle of May 2019. Although there are no double or connecting rooms, they do have rooms next to each other which is a real bonus. They both need assistance in getting about and the carers are very supportive of making sure my parents spend as much time together as they want.
They are settling in well now thanks to the care, consideration and friendliness of all the staff.
My father had his 95th birthday last week and the catering staff really put themselves out so our Family could have a lunch party within easy access of their rooms. In the afternoon we moved out onto the terrace for tea and cake to which other residents on the floor were invited. It made for a very sociable afternoon for us all.

I have no reservations in recommending Richmond Wood Norton Care Home to anyone who is looking for quality, dignity in care in delightful surroundings.
