Shipston Lodge Nursing Home has helped us through a difficult time when they themselves were trying to adapt to the COVID pandemic. My Mother in Law had a fall in the first week of lockdown, where she had to attend A&E. We were all upset and a little frightened with the COVID, But, the Lodge provided
us with the support and helped my Mother in Law to stay in a safe, luxurious, comfortable environment to recover. The staff was amazing and she now considers them her friends. She really enjoyed their company. her every need was catered for, emotionally and physically too.

Shipston Lodge which opened in the autumn of 2019 is an excellent Nursing Home with wonderful staff and facilities. My wife has been a resident since November 2019 and the level of care that she has received could not be bettered.

Thank you just doesn't sound quite good enough.
Have visited Shipston Lodge 3 times, it is like a 5-star Hotel. Each time felt so comfortable, spoilt, very friendly.
We have just checked my father in for a 24hour stay, while my mother had to go into hospital for a pacemaker.
We had peace of mind
knowing he was safe, couldn't get out and go walkabout. His room is huge, also the bathroom.
The whole of the home is very tastefully decorated. Lovely, beautiful, tastefully made. All the staff from management and your team are so professional, nothing was too much, all very friendly, easy, comfortable.
All that cake, lol..
First Class, hope I can help when you are promoting, definitely recommend. Hope to see you soon. If it was 10 out 10, yes yes yes.

Friendly, efficient and professional staff/nurses. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice friendly atmosphere. Very good facilities. My father celebrated his 90th birthday at Shipston Lodge and the chef organised a very good lunch for 6 of us in a comfortable private dining room and sitting room.
