My son settled in quickly and was welcomed by all staff. He was immediately assigned a keyworker, who has been extremely supportive to him. All the staff are excellent here, especially his keyworker. Any issues he has had have been dealt with quickly, helping him with benefits, cooking and...
My son settled in quickly and was welcomed by all staff. He was immediately assigned a keyworker, who has been extremely supportive to him. All the staff are excellent here, especially his keyworker. Any issues he has had have been dealt with quickly, helping him with benefits, cooking and shopping. They are also available when he needs company on walks or even just a chat. I feel I can approach any staff member with any questions I have. Very happy with his placement here.
