Overall Experience

Unfortunately my experience and my opinion of this establishment is extremely poor. The majority but not all of the staff on the front line appear friendly and helpful. The management on the other hand not so.
Communication between the staff appears to be lacking from my experience
Safety and care

of patients belongings is non existent and by saying "we are not responsible for items such a cloths shoes hearing aids Mobile phone etc gives licence to do with them as they wish in this case causing the loss or damage of numerous items.

Dads health in my opinion actually deteriorated during his stay here and once his number of allocated days under the NHS was up the lasting impression I got is cash above care

From being transferred from the Hospital 1 mile to Telford Court the following items were lost
Set of false teeth costing £500 several years ago
Hearing aids which replacement cost £100
Articles of clothing replacement cost of £80
Lost/damage at Telford court is another £200

Leighton hospital arranged transport for this individual to be admitted to Telford Court. I understand that the items listed went missing during his journey to Telford Court, therefore we cannot be held responsible. Our residency guide states that any valuable items should be taken by family for safe keeping or insured privately, as we cannot be held responsible given the size of the home (85 beds) and number of residents whom we care for. Mr D's wishes were for his father to return home following his period of assessment and reablement with us, our nursing and management team worked very closely with the hospital team to facilitate and work towards this outcome. At no point did we terminate his placement with us. We are saddened that on this occasion despite emails, correspondence and telephone conversations with Mr D we have been unable to come to an amicable resolution.

Overall Experience

Just put Mum in this care home last week, she has settled in nicely though, staff here are absolutely a breath of fresh air, nothing is too much trouble, every member of staff is friendly and always on hand for any questions we have, she's now eating properly and smiling, even singing today, so a great

bug thank you to all of you for the care your giving our mum, we really do appreciate this care your giving her.

Overall Experience

Dad was admitted to Telford Court for rehab after a stay in hospital. Everything about Telford Court is excellent, the staff are wonderful, caring and supportive. Everywhere is spotless and well-maintained. I cannot fault the care he received. A big thank you to everyone at Telford Court.

Overall Experience

My mother was admitted to Telford Court in 2020, at the height of the Covid pandemic. From the moment she arrived there, she has received caring, thoughtful and professional care. All the staff I have encountered are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms and facilities are excellent

and there are activities that residents can take part in if they wish.
I am very grateful that Mum ended up at Telford Court, I doubt there is anywhere better. Thank you so much to everyone at Telford Court.

Overall Experience

My Mum was a resident of Telford Court for five weeks. Unfortunately, she passed away on the 24th of November 2021. Telford Court is only three years old and the accommodation which includes spacious bedrooms, en-suite bedrooms are of a high standard as are the dining rooms and lounges. The key recommendation

is that throughout the five weeks, the staff were simply amazing. They could not do enough to look after my mum and make her last days as comfortable as possible. In addition, they ensured that the members of the family were treated with kindness and understanding. The carers and nursing staff were on hand throughout Mum's stay. On the occasions when the staff believed that we needed privacy, this was provided with understanding. In particular, I would like to mention several members of staff, who were extremely professional plus kind and warm whenever it was required. So thanks to Telford Court for your help in this most difficult of times.
