With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the health and social care sector, I am a passionate and committed Customer Relations Manager. Throughout my career, I’ve remained focused on delivering high-quality care, supporting staff development, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for residents and their families.
I take pride in my longstanding contribution to care, from frontline support to family support. My approach balances operational excellence with a deep understanding of individual care needs, ensuring standards are met—and exceeded—across all aspects of service delivery.

I've worked in housekeeping for nearly nine years and have been with The Chase since the day we opened.
Watching our home grow into such a special place for our residents is truly amazing. I always strive to maintain the highest standards for our residents, and I'm proud to be part of a dedicated team of housekeepers who take such pride in their work. Knowing that we make a real difference every day makes this job incredibly rewarding.

Hi, my name is Chris Tedstone, and I am the Bistro Assistant at The Chase Care Home. I have worked in hospitality since 2016 and have worked in care for nearly 7 years. I have always enjoyed playing a part in delivering excellent care to our residents. I am eager to provide the highest standards for our residents so they can enjoy their lives to the fullest at this wonderful home. I am a happy individual, full of energy, and I always work with a smile on my face.

Having worked in a wide variety of roles throughout my maintenance career, I enjoy bringing a plethora of knowledge to the role to deliver the highest standards to The Chase so our residents can live in the best facility and our staff can work in the best environment.

As a chartered physiotherapist with over 9 years of experience in pulmonary rehabilitation and acute medicine, I am passionate about helping people regain their independence and improve their quality of life. I have also worked with rugby and football players to help optimise their physical performance and prevent recurring injuries. I believe in a holistic and person-centred approach to help empower individuals to achieve their goals.
Away from work, I enjoy dancing, rugby and spending time with family.
