The Cottage offers residential support for young people and adults with autism and learning difficulties. They are supported to develop independence and a range of lifelong skills by a highly dedicated team of staff. The maintenance team are also familiar with residents’ needs which allows them to carry out any development work in a sensitive manner to alleviate feelings of anxiety residents may have.
Each resident has their own room with an ensuite, which they are encouraged to decorate and adapt according to their tastes and needs. The home is spacious and secure, while also being ideally located within easy access of the local community, so that residents can visit local shops, parks, libraries and healthcare centres.
