It is so hard having a loved one in care, especially with Alzheimer's, but our lovely mum received nothing but love, respect and compassion during the last few couple of years of her life after she came into the Windsor Clinical and Home Care Services Group and latterly The Riders Care Home for which
we will be eternally grateful.
Reply from Jane Flanagan, Bed Management Lead at The RidersThank you for your lovely words. We are honoured to provide the care. Our residents are like family to us and their families too.

My husband has dementia and has been a resident at The Riders Care Home since April 2022. Due to a bad experience at his previous care home l was very dubious about the care system in general but this care home has totally changed my opinion. The staff are all so kind, friendly, helpful and also fun
which is why I think it feels more like a real home than a care home. His reaction to the staff is always positive and he is okay for me to leave which he never was in his last home.

Since moving to The Riders Care Home last year, my husband, who suffers with dementia, has thrived thanks to the kindness, care and support provided by the accommodating team who treat him with sensitivity and understanding. I am happy that the warm and friendly atmosphere has helped him to settle in
so well!

My wife has been there for 6 weeks so far. The home is very clean, orderly and extremely friendly. My wife needs constant observation and gentle care. She has several issues and the dementia will always get worse. I'm very pleased and so is my wife.
