My husband has dementia and has been a resident at The Riders Care Home since April 2022. Due to a bad experience at his previous care home l was very dubious about the care system in general but this care home has totally changed my opinion. The staff are all so kind, friendly, helpful and also fun which is why I think it feels more like a real home than a care home. His reaction to the staff is always positive and he is okay for me to leave which he never was in his last home.

Overall Experience
My wife has been there for 6 weeks so far. The home is very clean, orderly and extremely friendly. My wife needs constant observation and gentle care. She has several issues and the dementia will always get worse. I'm very pleased and so is my wife.
