I am very happy with the care my dad is receiving. I live away, and my brother is currently in hospital. I am reassured that my dad is being well looked after. Manager Cristina and the customer relations manager have been very supportive during this period. I am also having weekly updates from the nurse on my Dad's diabetes. I feel very reassured!
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you are happy with the care your dad is receiving.

Very good been happy.
We're pleased to hear you are very happy with your stay at Willow Rose and you found it good. We will share this feedback with the team.
Mom has been here for few weeks now. She came with high anxiety and unable to walk without assistance. She does seem somewhat calmer much of the time now her meds are taking some affect on her mental health. The staff are very friendly and helpful and supportive of mom. The home itself is spotlessly clean, modern and rather homely for a Nursing Home.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're very glad to hear that your mum is feeling calmer and that her medication is helping. It's wonderful to know that our staff have been friendly and supportive, and that you find the home clean, modern, welcoming and homely. Your feedback means a lot to us...
My Dad moved into Willow Rose in December 2025. Right from the start Willow Rose ensured that they could support Dad's needs carrying out a full assessment of him before he was offered a place (no other care home we enquired with did this).
Dad was given the most wonderful care by the staff at Willow Rose. Unfortunately due to illness he became very ill, Willow Rose supported us to keep dad within the setting where they provided exemplary end of life care. Dad was provided with care, respect and dignity throughout, until he passed. Additionally, the staff were so supportive to our family, ensuring that we could stay with Dad in his final days, feeding us, providing us with a place to rest when we needed to and just being a wonderful support.
During the time we spent at Willow Rose it was clear that they are a family, the care staff work extremely hard and treat the residents so kindly and with understanding and respect. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for care.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and moving review. We are deeply sorry for the loss of your Dad and feel honoured that Willow Rose was able to support him and your family during such an important and emotional time.

From initial enquiry to my dad leaving Willow Rose the care has been wonderful. All staff have been excellent not only caring for my dad but giving us attention as a family - especially my mom as she was not well when dad went into Willow Rose. Every member of staff we came into contact with were always friendly and caring. In the future if my dad or mom need a care home I know I will be confident in placing them in Willow Rose. Thank you all so very much.

I particularly appreciate the time taken to encourage Dad to join in with the social activities. He's made friends already and has lots to talk about when I visit. He's loved the children visiting to sing Christmas carols today. He's staying on the ground floor this time and he's enjoying that he can sit in the lounge and just pop back to his room whenever he likes.
It's wonderful to know that he's built friendships, enjoyed the meals,...

All staff and management have been fantastic from initial enquiry with the receptionist to welcoming Mom and settling her in. I wanted to take a moment to thank all the staff of the Heatherton Suite for the care and support that was provided to my mom during the last few days of her life. The staff treated her with dignity and respect which meant the world to us as a family. They took care of us as well during a very emotional time. No amount of money can repay the kindness and compassion that was shown to us as a family in the short time she was with you. Thank you does not seem enough but it is meant wholeheartedly.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share these kind words. It means a great deal to our entire team to know that we were able to provide comfort, dignity, and support to your mom and to your family during such a difficult and emotional time.

Our mom, Greta, was only with Willow Rose for a short time, but in that time, we found the home very clean, staff friendly and very professional. Management and staff have gone out of their way to help my mom. Overall experience with the staff was excellent. We are so glad we picked Willow Rose for our mom's end-of-life care.

Your kind words about our staff...
My mother in law only spent 3 days in Willow Rose before she sadly passed away. We couldn't fault the service and care she received from coming through the doors to leaving. Facilities were great, and the staff 5 star caring. Everything we asked for from looking after my mother in law to supporting the family was never too much. I would like to say a huge thanks from me and all the family.

We were welcomed into Willow Rose and only stayed for 3 days, but we felt the warmth and care that the staff of Willow Rose shared. Staff were always polite, helpful, knocking before entering the rooms, and checking on residents every two hours. I also stayed overnight with my Mum, and the staff were very accommodating. Can not fault the care that my mum is receiving at Willows Rose Care Home. All the carers are very attentive to mum's needs. If at any time mum is ill, they are in constant contact with me about her progress. The home itself is very well run, and it's always clean and tidy. Staff are always warm and welcoming on our arrival to visit mum.
