Hello, my name is Beth and I am the Deputy Manager here at Willow Rose. I work closely alongside our Registered Manager, Christina, to ensure that all our residents receive the highest standard of care throughout their time with us.

I have worked in the care sector for 12 years and am deeply passionate about my role. I take great pleasure in leading, supporting, and guiding the team, and I pride myself on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. I am also committed to ensuring that families feel supported, welcomed, and fully involved in their loved one’s care, while helping to create a warm, welcoming, and homely environment that people can truly call home.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth, though most people know me as Lizzie, and I’m the Customer Relations Executive here at Willow Rose. Part of my role is supporting and guiding residents, families, loved ones, and professionals who are looking for care and support. I also work closely with the local community to build strong connections, because Willow Rose isn’t just a care home—it’s an extended family, full of community, love, laughter, and friendships.

I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and reassured from their very first contact with us. I’m also naturally adventurous, always seeking new challenges and meaningful ways to make a difference. In May 2026, I’ll be taking part in a charity skydive to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society—an organisation very close to my heart, dedicated to supporting people on their memory-lane journey.

Building positive relationships and guiding people through their care journey is something I truly value, and I’m proud to bring that commitment to my role at Willow Rose. I love meeting new people and making sure everyone feels welcome, supported, and understood.

I have been part of our wonderful home since it first opened in 2019. I’m always happy to meet with residents and their families, offering clear guidance and support with any financial enquiries before their loved one moves in.

I also enjoy spending time with residents, families and loved ones.

I’m Tahreen, but most people know me as T. I’m the Receptionist here at Willow Rose, and I absolutely love welcoming residents, relatives, and visitors to our home. Making sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for during their visits is one of my favourite parts of the role.

I also enjoy giving tours of our beautiful home—it’s a pleasure to show people around and share the warmth of our little Willow Rose family. And if you’re visiting, I’ll make sure you get one of my famous cups of tea or coffee!

Hi, my name is Nikki, and I’m the Care Coordinator here at Willow Rose Care Home. I work alongside our Manager, Cristina, to lead and support our care teams in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. I was honoured to be named the winner of the Home Care Coordinator Award at the Great British Care Awards 2025 for the entire West Midlands region — a recognition I’m incredibly proud to have received. I am also a massive Wolves Fan.

Hello, my name is Hollie, and I’m the Activities Coordinator at Willow Rose Care Home. I am passionate about creating meaningful and enjoyable activities that bring joy, laughter, and lasting memories to our residents.

At Willow Rose, our activities are shaped by the interests and voices of the people who live here, ensuring every day is fulfilling and tailored to what makes our residents happiest. I particularly enjoy connecting with residents, their families, and our local community, making sure each day is filled with engagement, fun, laughter, smiles, and companionship.

Nothing brings me greater joy than seeing our residents thrive, laugh, and create cherished memories in a warm, homely, and welcoming environment.

Hi, I’m Armani, and I’m part of the maintenance team here at Willow Rose Care Home. My role is to ensure the home is maintained to the highest standard, so residents can enjoy a safe, homely, and welcoming environment they can call home.

I really enjoy my role and love it when residents join in on projects like painting, DIY, and gardening. I also love hearing their advice and stories—there’s always so much wisdom to learn from them. On top of that, I’m known for making the best cups of tea and enjoying a friendly chat with everyone!

Hi, I'm Leanne, the Head of Hospitality. I ensure our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable place they can truly call home. As part of my role, I oversee the Head Chef and Kitchen Team, Laundry, Housekeeping, and the Maintenance Team. I love what I do because no two days are ever the same, and I especially enjoy spending time with our residents, who are always eager to get involved.
