Willow Rose is a newly developed, modern care home that opened in 2019 and accommodates up to 73 older people. Care includes residential, dementia and nursing care, from respite to long-term stays.

Situated in Willenhall, near Wolverhampton, the home is a few minutes’ walk from a post office, a chemist and a variety of local shops, as well as the Bentley Hay Nature Reserve.

Each bedroom contains a fully adjustable bed, a flat-screen television, a call point, Wi-Fi, storage a desk and an en-suite wet room. Immaculately decorated kitchenettes, dining and lounge areas are spread across the four floors, all accessible with by a lift.

There is a dedicated activities room and a hair salon with a weekly hairdresser offering all hair services. Residents are supported and encouraged to continue their current hobbies and to try new things.

A weekly menu is produced to provide a range of choices for home-cooked and nutritionally balanced food. Individual meals are created for those with dietary requirements.

I have found Willow Rose to be a lovely place for my mother to be cared for as her Dementia progresses. They have many activities for her to take part in and the staff are all very knowledgeable about dealing with her needs and issues. The rooms are spacious and clean with ensuite bathrooms. I have
sampled the food they offer to the residents and it is of a very high quality and they do not skimp on portions.
Having medical personnel available at all times also gives me a sense of feeling comfortable in leaving mum in their care. Everyone is friendly and helpful and make the family feel welcome when they visit. I always knew Mum would eventually require full-time care and I did everything I could to prolong the decision but when the time came I had reservations about where she would be and what it would be like. We were lucky that this was where Mum was able to come when the time came for her to be looked after full-time, six months in she is safe and happy and that's what matters most.

I have just spent a very enjoyable couple of hours with my husband having a beautifully prepared three-course Valentine's meal. We also received a card, rose, poem and glass of wine, making the experience memorable. I recommend and speak highly of the home; all staff are friendly, caring and extremely
attentive to visitors and residents alike. You are greeted and immersed in the care ambience on arrival. The meal was outstanding, but the many activities provided also deserve a mention. These provide a much-needed outlet for the residents, who are always encouraged to join in with the activities. It is evident it is a very happy place, and my family and I are so pleased that my husband has settled so well here.

Willow Rose became a huge part of my family's life after my husband became a resident in 2019. All staff and facilities are excellent in a warm, safe, caring and compassionate environment to cater for all residential needs. An assortment of visitors performing personnel, and animals to stimulate and
enthral the residents, well-done activity team. I cannot praise Willow Rose's staff enough - always there to help with problems, little they may seem to be. An award of a golden star to all concerned.

My aunt has been a resident here for just over two years and has dementia, so she is not easy to look after. However, as far as I can tell, she is happy here and well looked after. Staff are very friendly, communicative and supportive. I am quite pleased and happy that I decided to move her to this
establishment when it became obvious that she could no longer look after herself.

My husband has been in the home for six months, and I am very pleased with his care. When he first arrived, he was bedbound, but now, he can walk a little and sits out of bed. The care he receives from all the carers is excellent. There are a number of activities each month, which the residents are
encouraged to take part in if they want to. If you have any problems, they are quickly sorted out by the management.

I have found my experience at Willow Rose Care Home to be very consistent/good. I love all the staff at all levels. There have been occasions when sooner would have been better but the staff are generally busy taking care of other residents. Keep flying the flag, you are doing a great job!

I have nothing but praise and admiration for all the professionals at Willow Rose Care Home. The carers have been and continue to give 100% of their time to my 90-year-old mum. They treat her with such dignity and care, I know she is being so well looked after. They assist her with food/drinks and take
time out of their very busy day to talk to her. Since moving to Willow Rose Care Home from another location, my mum has become more lucid and enjoys the company of others. No longer do I leave my mum with me in tears about the non-care she was receiving in a formed nursing home. I can't praise the staff enough at Willow Rose Care Home.

I have worked in several care homes as an in-house trainer, I find Willow Rose one of the best. Care and kindness to service user really good. Staff pleasant, easy to book a visit. Really well run home.

My mother-in-law was in for a year and she was treated like one of the family. Her end of life care was extraordinarily kind. She was well looked after and the staff were so helpful to the family too.

Excellent, friendly and caring staff. Followed covid rules diligently from the beginning and still do. Bedrooms and facilities are excellent. The activities organised for the residents are varied and fun. My mother loves the musical afternoons. Provide celebrations for Birthdays, Valentine's Day, Easter,
etc. My highest recommendation is that if I need care, this is where I'd like to go.

Willow Rose is an amazing care home. My mum and the family are so lucky she is a resident there. Not only is it a wonderful environment but the care given is second to none and the support given to Mum is excellent. She is treated with an understanding of her dignity and needs. She is cared for with
patience and gentleness. As a family we really appreciate the communication from the home about Mum, this has been so vital during the Covid pandemic. Mum has dementia and sight loss and during this time Willow Rose Care Home have made sure Mum is kept close to the family with her listening to our voices over the phone and voice messages we leave which are played back to her and explained. Mum's room is a beautiful haven. Care of detail runs through the whole ethos of Willow Rose. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

It's been a tough year with Covid-19 but without a shadow of a doubt my mum, in my eyes, would not be with us if it wasn't for this home. She actually looks younger. The only thing is no visiting but I understand it has to be done.

My father, although only admitted for a few weeks, received a high level of care from all staff involved. His individual needs were assessed and plans were carried out and reassessed throughout his stay.
Staff were sensitive towards me when I asked to visit during the current Covid-19 situation. I
was treated with the utmost dignity throughout my visits. I found the environment calm, well organised and highly professional.

The home is lovely just from the outside. Inside is beautiful. Everything is there for the residents' needs and more. I am happy my sister has got somewhere like this to be cared for. No need for any change overall.

I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and reassured from their very first contact with us. I’m also naturally adventurous, always seeking new challenges and meaningful ways to make a difference. In May 2026, I’ll be taking part in a charity skydive to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society—an organisation very close to my heart, dedicated to supporting people on their memory-lane journey.

At Willow Rose, our activities are shaped by the interests and voices of the people who live here, ensuring every day is fulfilling and tailored to what makes our residents happiest. I particularly enjoy connecting with residents, their families, and our local community, making sure each day is filled with engagement, fun, laughter, smiles, and companionship.

Hi, I’m Armani, and I’m part of the maintenance team here at Willow Rose Care Home. My role is to ensure the home is maintained to the highest standard, so residents can enjoy a safe, homely, and welcoming environment they can call home.


I really enjoy my role and love it when residents join in on projects like painting, DIY, and gardening. I also love hearing their advice and stories—there’s always so much wisdom to learn from them. On top of that, I’m known for making the best cups of tea and enjoying a friendly chat with everyone!

Hi, I'm Leanne, the Head of Hospitality. I ensure our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable place they can truly call home. As part of my role, I oversee the Head Chef and Kitchen Team, Laundry, Housekeeping, and the Maintenance Team. I love what I do because no two days are ever the same, and I especially enjoy spending time with our residents, who are always eager to get involved.
