The care is incredible. Staff are so loving and welcoming to both me and mum, its clean and food mum eats is wonderful! We love the balcony sitting in the sun. Cannot find any fault I hope she able to spend the rest of her days in this nursing home.
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt and detailed review. It's touching to hear how the staff's genuine care and dedication have positively impacted mom. I will share this with our team.
Would recommend Willow Rose to other families.
Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased to hear that you are happy with the care that your beloved father receives at Willow Rose.
My mum is a resident at Willow Rose, I cannot fault the care she receives. The staff are all wonderful in all departments. I always receive a warm welcome and a full handover of mums day. The home itself is very homely, clean and welcoming, definitely very good value for money. I cannot thank Willow Rose for all that they have done for Mum, she is much happier and I can leave knowing Mum is cared for in such a wonderful place. Thank you all at Willow Rose.
Thank you so much for your 5 star review, this really does mean so much to all of us here at Willow Rose and I will be sure to feed back your lovely words to the whole of the team!
The home it's self is like a 5 star hotel very clean and luxurious.
Mom was very comfortable in her short time at willow rose , I would recommend this care home to anyone.
Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted that you felt Willow Rose was a better place for your mother. We will pass this onto our team.
Well done to all carer.
Thank you for your positive review we will continue to provide the best care we can and to uphold the standards of the Macc Care Group.
I find the home very welcoming, Mom is happy and settled, the staff are very friendly and always eager to help, communication is very good and clear with the management team, who are also helpful and always happy to help. I find the entertainment and activities very good, and the nurses rounds with feedback is also good.
A huge thank you for your kind words. We will also share this with our team here at Willow Rose
I cannot recommend this care home enough for what this care home has done for my father-in-law. The home and staff are, in my eyes, exceptional.
Thank you so much for your kind words Geoffrey, that really means so much to us here at Willow Rose. We are so pleased to hear your positive feedback.
I cannot begin to put into words the exceptional care, support, patience and understanding I have been given by all the staff whilst my dad was in Willow Rose. An extra thank you goes to the amazing staff. I would not hesitate to recommend a loved one staying in this care home. Thank you to everyone at Willow Rose.
Thank you so much for your kind words and 5-star review, this really does mean so much to us here at Willow Rose.
Overall satisfactory. Lots of trouble at times with phone lines, keep cutting out, bad phone system. On occasions there have been no personal pads/pants in Mom's room, also no toilet paper on two occasions.
The home is very clean and beautifully furnished. The staff are very good and professional. The food is excellent with a wide choice and visitors are made very welcome.
Thank you very much for taking the time out give us this wonderful 5-star review. We will also share this with our team.
My mom has been in this care home for 4 years with excellent care. My mom is always clean showered every day with clean clothes. Her room is always clean, food is second to none and cannot fault the care. The staff are always friendly and happy and friendly. I would recommend this care home highly I know without a doubt my mom would not be here now without the excellent outstanding care she receives, can't thank you enough for the hard work of all the staff.
Thank you so much for these kind words and for trusting us to take care of your incredible mother here at Willow Rose.
My Father was a resident in Willow Rose on the 1st floor level until his sad passing. The staff at the home from the people at the reception to the cleaning staff, carers, and nurses were all top-rate and could not have done more to help my Father and us family members during his time in the home. My Father's medical needs were complex but all the staff always treated him with dignity and respect and were always on hand to help with whatever was required. The best compliment that I can pay them is to say if ever I am in need of care in later life I would choose to stay there knowing I would have top-class care. Thank you all.
My father was a resident for a short time at Willow Rose but the care and commitment shown by the staff was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and in the last few days he was there he was shown the dignity and respect that you hope and wish for. A big thank you to all the staff who cared for him.
Willow Rose is the absolute polar opposite of everything bad you may have read about care homes. The team on the Sadlers Suite provided superb care for the last two months of my mother's life. They were lovely, compassionate, friendly people, as was everyone my family and I had contact with, including the manager and reception staff. It is a beautiful, modern, clean and bright environment with excellent facilities. If it was a hotel, I'd happily stay there myself! Highly recommended.
Thank you for your kind words and we are happy that we were able to provide such good care to your dad. Thank you once again.
The daily menu always had a choice of food. The staff were very caring and friendly. Having medical staff there at all times gave me a sense of security. There are activities provided plus a film theatre which my husband loved. He has Alzheimer's plus mobility issues. Thank you Willow Rose for my badly needed respite.
I note this care home as excellent. Care and support for the residents are excellent and always treated with dignity. The staff are friendly and extremely caring. I am so happy my mother is in such a good place and couldn't be looked after better. A 5-star plus!
Thank you on behalf of Willow Rose and myself, it is a pleasure and an honour to have such lovely feedback, we will continue to ensure we uphold the Macc Care Values.
My mother-in-law was initially admitted for respite care but her needs were changed to needing full-time care. I can honestly say her needs are met with great care and Compassion. The staff go above and beyond to ensure she feels safe and secure. The care home itself is clean and well-presented and the facilities for the residents are exceptional. I personally would like to say a big thank you to the staff who are just amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a loved one residing at Willow Rose. You cannot buy peace of mind for your loved one, something which we now have with my mother-in-law being at Willow Rose.
Brilliant staff at Willow Rose, Willenhall. Friendly and polite and a lovely building also. All the staff go the extra mile to make sure my dad is happy. The building is spotless and the beautiful lounge and rooms are very spacious.
Having medical personnel available at all times also gives me a sense of feeling comfortable in leaving mum in their care. Everyone is friendly and helpful and make the family feel welcome when they visit. I always knew Mum would eventually require full-time care and I did everything I could to prolong the decision but when the time came I had reservations about where she would be and what it would be like. We were lucky that this was where Mum was able to come when the time came for her to be looked after full-time, six months in she is safe and happy and that's what matters most.
I have just spent a very enjoyable couple of hours with my husband having a beautifully prepared three-course Valentine's meal. We also received a card, rose, poem and glass of wine, making the experience memorable. I recommend and speak highly of the home; all staff are friendly, caring and extremely attentive to visitors and residents alike. You are greeted and immersed in the care ambience on arrival. The meal was outstanding, but the many activities provided also deserve a mention. These provide a much-needed outlet for the residents, who are always encouraged to join in with the activities. It is evident it is a very happy place, and my family and I are so pleased that my husband has settled so well here.
Thank you for your lovely comments, we are happy that you enjoyed the meal and also we will continue to ensure this continues.
