Everything is satisfactory, and the staff are very professional. My brother is well looked after and seems happy when I visit him. He could do with some help to get some shoes from the NHS, he only has slippers. Overall we are very satisfied with his care.

Mum moved to Romans 9 months ago and is so much happier and relaxed.

The staff team are very caring and supportive and the cooks make every effort to make sure everyone has food they enjoy.

As soon as you walk in it has a very nice feel to it.

Mum is very happy here, The staff are all fantastic, friendly and helpful, always have time to say hello and for a quick chat. The home is well appointed and well maintained inside and out, always clean and tidy and fresh. There are a good range of events for the residents, family and friends are welcome.
The food is very good, particularly their summer barbeques! I would not hesitate to recommend the Romans.

Our family have witnessed a huge improvement in mum's general wellbeing since she has been in the care of the wonderful team at Romans. She enjoys the quality of the food and participates in quizzes and other events. The staff know her well and are always helpful, fun and encouraging. She loves going
out in the garden in the summer.
Most importantly for us, we know that mum is safe and cared for in the best place she could be.

Dad is settled and his needs ate taken care of. I feel happy knowing he is safe and content. He likes the company, entertainment, church services and food. His room is warm, bright and comfortable. The staff are helpful, caring and friendly. On the negative side, sometimes his clothes go missing in
the laundry and he ends up with someone elses', but he doesnt seem to mind and sometimes we are late to hear news eg if he's had a fall or if he's given medication but this is not an issue to be raised. Overall we are happy.

My dad was a resident in Rosemary Mount for 2 years. The staff couldn't have treated him any better. They were always upbeat and kind to all their residents. They went the extra mile and always made us feel very welcome and involved in his care. We have some treasured memories of dad at the wonderful
garden parties they put on and we will always be grateful to each and every member of staff.

I had no idea of what to expect when I arrived and was introduced to some of the staff. So many names to remember. After 24 hours I found that I was comfortable when I entered the lounge and the dining room and joined other residents. The only problem I had with my room was the lack of hot water in
the bathroom which was quickly put right by the maintenance staff when they obtained the necessary parts. The most impressive feature of Rosemary Mount was the caring attitude of the staff towards the residents, some of who had serious problems. Generally everybody got on well together and meal times were something to look forward to. There is not much room on the review to give a broader outline of my experience but thank you for looking after me during my two week stay. Best wishes to the staff.

I was extremely stressed, wondering how I would cope, as my husband was recovering from an operation, two weeks before I was due to have an operation. We both have mobility problems. I was totally reassured from my very first enquiry, and my husband was very well cared for while I was in hospital. I
was then able to join him, to recover. The rooms are all extremely clean; the food is good and they accommodated my allergies; we were able to eat in our rooms when we didn't feel able to go to the dining room. There were activities, and TV in a lounge, or in the bedrooms, and places to sit and read, including the lovely garden when weather permits. Staff are friendly and we were made very welcome, with nothing too much trouble.

I am very happy to say that my mother is being looked after very well indeed. She is more than happy and has everything she needs there. I, myself, can now stop worrying in the knowledge that she is safe and being looked after in the best possible way. Staff at the care home are very good and make her
stay an enjoyable experience.

Rosemary Mount is a brilliant place. The management and care staff are really excellent. If there are any problems they are quick to sort everything out and reassure all the clients. There are many activities for everyone to join in. Rosemary Mount is impeccably clean. They are also great when visitors
come and make us very welcome. My mum feels very safe here.

Difficult to asses needs and care if not a relative, also the home has very religious leanings and some are non-believers and may not look to attend prayers etc. Otherwise pleasant staff and facilities.

The Romans is an excellent care home for residents to live in their later years. Everyone is treated so well by caring staff and management and the needs of each individual are considered well. My mother informs me that the food is excellent and there is always plenty of choice. My mother's own room,
the lounge and dining room are all kept extremely clean. There is a lovely garden where the residents are able to sit when the sun is shining. On arrival when visiting my mother, I am always greeted with a smiling face from the staff member on duty. I am very my mother is now living at Romans.

The Romans is a welcoming, friendly care home. It always smells clean, staff are kind and helpful and remember my name. My auntie is well cared for and happy. She tells me the food is delicious. They are so attentive to the residents and visitors alike. I'm also brought a chair and offered tea, coffee,
cake etc. They have BBQs, quizzes, coffee mornings and many activities for their residents and families.

Mum has been at Romans nearly 3 years and is still very happy and content there. The staff are so friendly and treat her with respect and dignity and share a joke with her too. Mum enjoys the Christian association and the fact that her local Church representatives are able to visit and hold a communion
once a month for anyone who wishes to attend. She also enjoys the quizzes that are organised regularly. Mum is very happy with the food and it's great that there is a residents' meeting regularly to discuss and iron out anything. It is a huge relief to see her so settled in her 'home from home'.

I'm so impressed with Romans Care Home. My mother was taken in for respite care and she's still there three months later. The management and staff are kind, respectful and clearly happy at work. There are plenty of activities and the food is great! All needs are taken care of with the respect for each
individual. It feels like home, not just a care facility. Mum wants to live there permanently!

I came here for respite care for two weeks. I have put on weight. Doctor wanted me to come because I lost weight and I was a bit frail. I live on my own, no family, only good friends. I am going home Tuesday 30th April. Feeling much better. Also have ulcerated legs. They pushed me in a wheelchair to
surgery to have my legs dressed.
