I want to praise Oakleigh , all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming , the home is always clean and tidy and never has a urine smell like a lot of homes do. I came to visit my brother and had lunch there which was really lovely. I am so very happy that my brother has been moved here, he is very
happy at oakleigh. He is always treated nicely by staff .

No welcome for my mother, no care plan in place, didn't even ask what her hobbies are or what my mum used to do. I found the staff unfriendly with one staff member not really understanding English. Mum could not use the garden as it was always cold according to the manager. My mum was admitted to hospital
with heart failure, the care home waited two hours before they informed me. Only half-hour visit.
