No welcome for my mother, no care plan in place, didn't even ask what her hobbies are or what my mum used to do. I found the staff unfriendly with one staff member not really understanding English. Mum could not use the garden as it was always cold according to the manager. My mum was admitted to...
No welcome for my mother, no care plan in place, didn't even ask what her hobbies are or what my mum used to do. I found the staff unfriendly with one staff member not really understanding English. Mum could not use the garden as it was always cold according to the manager. My mum was admitted to hospital with heart failure, the care home waited two hours before they informed me. Only half-hour visit.
