Review of

Epilepsy Society Greene House

from Hayley W (Mother of Resident) published on 4 September 2025

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
The service we, as a family have revieved from Epilepsy centre/Greene House has been outstanding. We were in the middle of a family crisis and two families ( of other service users) had recommended Epilepsy Centre to us. From my initial phone call, everybody bent over backwards to help us. Greene House
staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Greene House itself is very homely. Attention to detail and the staff wanting to get everything right for my Daughter put me totally at ease. Even an unfortunate hospital stay did not worry the staff. They stayed with her day and night at hospital.
Visits were warmly welcomed and my Daughter was always happy and chilled.
I would recommend Epilepsy centre_Greene House to anybody and I personally would certainly seek to use their services again.

Review of

Epilepsy Society Greene House

My contact with the service provider is not regular for logistical reasons but my brother is looked after with consideration, dignity and thoughtfulness, patience, emotional care and a considered approach by all staff members has been demonstrated when I have been at the care home. The staff work hard
to support the residents in every aspect of their lives. Epilepsy Society is a unique centre and deserves better support and funding.
