Complained before. Once again room could be cleaner. Bins overflowing and damp towels on a chair. The floor in en-suite wet from washing patient. Also had to wait to be admitted approximately 7-10 minutes before the door opened. Wait for ages for someone to pick up the phone when I ring.

All concerns raised with the service in May have now been addressed, these changes have been implemented by the new registered manager to improve the quality of service provided to both service users and their families.
