- Visiting arrangements vary by unit/home/ward and are designed to be as flexible and family friendly as possible, whilst ensuring there is uninterrupted time for rehabilitation and care interventions. Where specific visiting times are in operation, such as the hospital, they will be displayed at the entrance to the unit. If people wish to visit outside of these stipulated times, then they can speak to the unit manager who will endeavour to be as flexible as possible.

Overall Experience
Complained before. Once again room could be cleaner. Bins overflowing and damp towels on a chair. The floor in en-suite wet from washing patient. Also had to wait to be admitted approximately 7-10 minutes before the door opened. Wait for ages for someone to pick up the phone when I ring.

Thank you for raising these concerns. All concerns raised with the service in May have now been addressed, these changes have been implemented by the new registered manager to improve the quality of service provided to both service users and their families.
