Nothing but positive things to say about Rowland House, I never have to worry about my mum and I know she is safe happy and looked after.
The staff can't be faulted they do an amazing job and seem to really care about the residents and have been a great support to me also.

The staff and facilities at Rowlands House are very good with the staff being very helpful, friendly and well trained. These have been a very important part of my sister's recovery and I don't believe she would have progressed as far as she has done without them.

My son obviously feels secure and comfortable at Oakley House (and the Lime Trees Care Group as a whole). He speaks enthusiastically on the telephone about things he does and always returns confidently after home visits. I can tell that he relates well to the staff and feel that he is very well supervised
by them. He is treated with respect, kindness, good humour and firmness where necessary. He is encouraged to participate in many activities and always has one-to-one support to do them.
I have been extremely impressed by the way much time has been spent by the staff in helping my son to cope with the recent death of his father.
Whenever I, or another family member, contact Oakley House to speak to our son, staff are always very friendly and helpful and any matters which may have arisen and need to be addressed are always dealt with.

In the times I have been coming to Lime Trees it has been lovely and welcoming. Each member of staff is extremely friendly. If any questions have been asked, they are answered straight away with no problems. All the residents are looked after very well and all seem happy. I cannot fault the staff or
facilities at Lime Trees.
