I am very satisfied with the care Miriam is receiving. I visit about 2/3 times per week and am always welcome and many times offered tea or coffee. I am kept well informed about Miriam's health. She is in Ropley dementia home. She likes music, singing and dancing and is therefore very happy with the
activities provided. The staff/management are all extremely pleasant and have good experience in dealing with dementia sufferers.

I am 98. After my wife died I lived alone for 10 years during which time I had a stroke and finally a dreadful fall backwards downstairs, necessitating my move to a Care Home. I had earlier sent for a number of Care Home brochures from which I felt drawn to Meadway's small size and unpretentious approach.
My
so-far stay of nearly 4 years leads me to thoroughly recommend it. The staff are unbelievably kind and patient, and the food is excellent.
There is nowhere like your own home but you will have a hard job to find anywhere nearer than Meadway.

My Mum is always happy to go to Meadway for respite care. She is greeted with a lovely welcome and the attention she received during her most recent stay was personalised and appropriate. I try and come once a week to visit a resident. I admire the staff and management how they have dealt with a resident's questioning, and have been able to settle the friend, who has recovered her 'full spirits' after a difficult period. I have always found staff friendly & welcoming.

I'm very happy to see how well looked after my mum is. She's getting the care that she needs, in a really lovely place. The meals are delicious, and I see that her preferences are catered for. The place is immaculate and feels more like a guest house. Having seen her struggle at home, she has improved

Handing over the day to day care of a parent to a care home, can be very difficult. St Giles View have been supportive of both my mother and myself from day one. Their care of my mother is exemplary, respectful and kind. The staff pay attention to detail, like watering her plants, or serving her tea
in her favourite cup. All of these things matter. I also appreciate their cheerful & helpful communication when I visit. I love having lunch with my mother where the staff enable us to have quality time together. Thank you

On 19th August it was my mother's 90th birthday.
St Giles View reserved the room opposite the cafe for us and family members.
All the staff really put themselves out to make this a special occasion, especially activities and the manager.
Thank you all so much.
You are all amazing and always so helpful.
My mother (who has dementia) couldn't be in a better place. Thank you!

My mother has been with Brendoncare for over 10 years, first at a sister home and now at St Giles View, and is now the oldest resident in her home. She has been very well looked after by the lovely staff and is as comfortable as she can be given her advanced years. St Giles View is extremely well appointed
and spacious. There are wonderful views out towards St Catherine's hill and the Archer valley. I am only sorry that my mother is no longer able to enjoy the many communal activities that she liked so much when she was more active.

I was very lucky to secure a room for one month's respite care for my father following an operation. He has improved mentally and physically since his admission. I cannot fault the staff in any way. They have been so kind and treated my father with respect and dignity.

Highly recommend. The home is clean and tidy, and with stunning views over the valley. Staff are kind, caring and engage fully with residents, showing them respect always and making them feel it is their home. They are also well trained and show both compassion and warmth.
