Always find it a pleasant experience visiting, made to fill welcome from the beginning. It's nice to see Margaret happy and well taken care of.

Joan seems to be well cared for and is fairly happy with her life.

Reception area (first point of call) staff excellent always making visitors welcome.

This was Mum's first time in respite care and she was very apprehensive, as were all the family. However she was made welcome and treated with dignity and respect. All the staff were caring and cheerful. The facilities and rooms/gardens were beautiful. Mum was very well cared for and enjoyed her 'holiday'. Thank you all.

I have been impressed with all the staff's friendly attitude. it is clear that all the staff care for and are interested in each of the residents.

I was present when a patient pood herself the stench was awful. We left came back an hour later and it still stank. My mother in laws hearing aid repeated has not had her hearing aid put in. 3rd not worn or put on for her. The table I am sitting at is filthy. The coffee seen in reception is dirty crumbs everywhere. Generally it does not smell pleasant when you walk in the building.

Activities good for residents to socialise.

My Dad Richard is a Resident here at broad oak and so very happy with his care it is excellent and cannot express how greatful I am for all you do for him.

We are really happy with the care at Broad oak. Plenty of activities and it's the whole team that have created a safe space for my father in law to be. The care, the food all excellent. Special mention to Peter the driver who always takes time to get to know residents. It's a difficult decision looking for the right care home for loved ones and I think we have found the perfect place n Broadoak

We're very happy with the care my mother has received at the Nursing Home at Broad Oak. The staff are all friendly and very patient, and have helped my mother to settle i in the 3 weeks since she arrived.

The team at Broad Oak Manor have been very helpful from the very start. My mother had to move to a new care home at very short notice in early October, and all the handling for her arrival and settling in went very smoothly. My brothers and I know mum is in good hands and we are very happy.

I have had experience through friends of several nursing homes and Broad Oak Manor stands out above all the rest.

Dad is, generally, comfortable and well fed. He does not join in many activities but seems to enjoy chair exercises and has been on one excursion.
