In the early days of my mums care, we had some serious concerns about the standard of care at Roborough House, and it was a very difficult time for our family. However, since the appointment of the new manager the home has undergone a truly remarkable transformation.

The manager leadership has been nothing short of outstanding. She is approachable, professional, and clearly committed to improving every aspect of the home. There has been a real shift in atmosphere - staff morale is higher, communication has improved greatly, and most importantly, the residents are visibly happier and better cared for.

The changes that have taken place under her management have made a huge difference. The home now feels safe, welcoming, and well-run. We felt confident and reassured knowing our loved one was in such capable and caring hands.

We are very grateful for the positive improvements and believe the manager and her team deserve full credit for turning things around.

I can't praise this home enough. Every member of staff no matter what their job, is caring, helpful, kind, and supportive. My husband has been cared for here for several months. He passed away recently and was treated with care and utmost dignity. They made his final months comfortable and as fulfilling as positive. They also cared for every family member. I will always be extremely grateful to everyone involved at the home.
