Had there been communication from room to management, would have been excellent.

My mother has been in the home for over 3 months; she is very happy here and says she is very well looked after, and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Thankyou for all the help and support she has received.

Mum is very settled here. We couldn't wish for a better home for her. As a family we couldn't be happier Everyone is so welcoming from the second you arrive to the moment you leave. All are very helpful and nothing is ever too much to ask. Thankyou for everything you do!

My wife has been in Holdingham Grange for 6 months after being in two others she has settled in and is very happy here, i feel that this is the home that she needs. The staff are caring and friendly. They go over what i expected. There is different entertainment on every day, and all residents are included the food is exceptionally good, and drink hot and cold are always being brought round and on tap,

Laundry needs to be more organised, missing many items, bras, trousers, flannels (when my room number is in labels.)

The love, care, compassion, dignity that they gave to my mum was incredible.

They are all truly angels and we as a family will be forever grateful that my mum got to spend her final weeks with Margaret and her special team on Graylees Unit. A very special mention to Rebecca the deputy manager, loved her from the off. Thank you everyone you should be so very proud of yourselves.

We never had to worry that he wasn't receiving excellent care & the staff were so good to him & always brought a smile to his face.

The care and attention shown to my husband has been really wonderful and so so kind and caring. We have been together since 1961 and all this has been very hard, but the staff have been wonderful, not only to my husband but me too. I have been overwhelmed at times but staff have noticed and looked after me. My husband says he feels safe, warm and comfortable, which is very important and he has a lovely room.

I have been visiting my friend since November 2025 and have always been welcomed with a smile and a good morning from all the staff, reception to cleaners. The care home always looks welcoming and inviting and it is nice to sit in the bistro bar or outside with a tea or a coffee. The events they put on are very organised and entertaining. It's nice that my friend can go to the beauty salon for pampering.

Management skills need attention, due to no courtesy call on the day my mother left the home.

Mum has ben in this wonderful care home for 2 years. The staff are friendly, caring, watchful and will listen to Mum and myself. The entire building is clean and I am happy that Mum is in safe hands 24 hours a day. The activity calendar is great and we, as a family, has joined in the activities, entertainment and evening get-togethers. Well done to all the staff who work so hard to make it a pleasant place to live

My Nan has been here for just over 2 years and is very happy and has been making lots new friends. Everyday there are activities or a new experiance for her to try. This is a brilliant place and I couldn't wish for anything better.

Mum has been looked after for 8 months with compassion, professionalism and kindness. Mum settled in quickly and felt at home. The staff were always on hand to answer any concerns or questions we had. Although sometimes busy, they always took the time to assist us.

Heartfelt thank you to all of the staff at Glenholme Care home, who looked after Carol like family and cared for us too during her final days. We truly couldn't have wished for a better place or more compassionate people to support us through such a difficult time.

A very warm and friendly yet highly professional home, which has looked after dad to a fantastic standard. Much better than home!! The staff and facilities are amazing.

She really enjoys the entertainment put on by the staff. The facilities are excellent, and she really enjoys the garden area.

A dear friend of 30 years standing with no close family, spent his last 3 months at Thimbleby Court. Whilst his health issues prevented him from taking part in many activities, whilst visiting him I was very impressed with what was on offer. At all times he was treated with kindness and respect, as I was also when visiting him.

Excellent smiley staff, all very helpful and friendly. Visitors were also treated kindly with teas coffees and cakes.
