A huge thanks for taking the time to complete this review. We are really excited that we will have two activities coordinators joining us, one in March and one in April. I will ensure to pass on these comments to the staff.
Good afternoon, thank you for your review. It would appear that at the time you visited, staff were busy tending to resident's needs. I'm reassured that your relative is able to contact staff as and when needed, so whilst you couldn't locate anyone in that moment our internal call bell would have alerted staff that she required support. Our reception isn't manned 24/7 so on occasion visitors will need to wait for staff to let them out and this is to ensure the safety of our residents. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Thank you for your comments, we very much encourage all of our residents to feedback to us at any time. Some of our staff do work 12-hour shifts, those that do choose to do so, but working 12 hours isn't essential. Our staffing levels are tailored around the level of dependency and requirements of the resident with us at that time, this is to ensure we have sufficient levels of staffing on 24 hours per day.
