My mum came into your care in 2017 and passed away in July 2023. Your care and dedication to my mum's welfare was absolutely wonderful and every single member of staff was very attuned to my mum's needs and care. Please accept my grateful thanks from myself and every member of my wider family.

My lovely Mum, who was suffering from Dementia, died a couple of days ago whilst a resident at The Lodge. I can honestly say that her final couple of months while a resident there were extremely happy. The staff were caring, attentive and extremely professional, they kept her clean, engaged and catered
for her every need, even staying with her in hospital while she was in her final hours.
I have nothing but praise for the staff and have no hesitation in recommending the home to anyone looking for a residence for a loved one with complex needs.
