An outstanding experience from start to finish. The place is clean, airy and welcoming and security top notch.
The staff, everyone we encountered, have been highly trained, kind and professional at all times, nothing has ever been any trouble. They treated my Dad with great respect.

the care my mother in law received @ Bradley House was superb! all of the staff were pleasant, kind and very attentive.
at all times her care needs, where catered for.
the food was very good, as where the activities on offer, that she took part in.
I would without hesitation, if required use this
establishment again. Also I would recommend it to others who find themselves in a similar situation.

Mum went in for a short respite stay.She was looked after really well.The staff do a marvellous job.Mum loved the food and she joined in the Bingo session which she really enjoyed.Would happily book her in for respite again if the need arose.

Temple Croft has proven to be a warm & friendly home for our cousin who now requires 24hr care. The staff are very caring and supportive and there is always a "buzz" of activities keeping the residents happy and entertained.
We have found the manager and care staff to be helpful and approachable,
always ready to advise and assist and the premises are always clean and well presented.

The care home has some serious safeguarding issues. My father has mixed dementia and Alzheimer's as well as being a type 1 diabetic. During his time at this 'care' home he was allowed to wonder from his room into other residents bedrooms, despite us warning he was a serious risk to others. On a number
of occasions I rang as he has disconnected from his blood glucose monitor and they had no idea where he was or where his monitor was.
He was allowed to hypo on several occasions and his food intake was not a suitable or sufficient diet of hydration for a diabetic. The carers were nice but the team leaders have a serious attitude problem. The don't take serious concerns into account, communication between staff in the home is extremely poor.
Dad was allowed to sit in wet clothes for 48 hours and was not showered. Despite this the care home reported there were no concerns. We couldn't wait to get him out of here fast enough.
The home is dated, extremely dirty, and stained carpets bedding.

When here, he was given a sensor which alerts staff if he would exit his room. Carers responded to this. Time between carers being alerted and responding, your father could not have been prevented from exiting the room. Your father was not in receipt of 1-1 care. During the stay, the Glucose monitor had to stay with him. You told us your father was known to move the monitor when at home. You gave staff ideas of where to look. The staff checked the monitor every hour as you requested. Your feedback was discussed during 2 meetings with social workers, diabetic team and mental health team during the short stay. ASC informed us that there was no more we could do. Reviewing meeting notes, you had not mentioned cleanliness or stained carpets/bedding. We have audits from Infection Control. On the last audit, we received a very high score.

My wife was transferred from hospital suffering with Lung Cancer, the treatment she received while in the home was exhalent but unfortunately she developed organ failure and the onset of sepsis
which required her return to hospital where she sadly past away on 27th September 2025

Always a pleasant friendly welcome . Do feel more staff would be beneficial as sometimes my friend is waiting and waiting for the comode. Obviously as an elderly person she like many others can't wait long. Food is always good and varied menu.

This care home is amazing, excellent to all aspects of care.
I like how is run, the manager, care staff, all are like my family members.
The warmth, the smiles, the atmosphere it is all amazing.
My mum is very happy there and I am so happy with my choice.
My mum is involved in different activities

My mum Mo has been a resident in the home for over 2 years now and I can't Thank the staff highly enough for the way they look after her. She isn't the easiest of people to deal with and can be challenging but they ALWAYS give her care and respect. I wouldn't want her to be in any other care home ,
and make family visiting feel welcome .

My Nana came into Temple crofts care in May of this year. Since then she has become a completely different person. She's happy, has made lots of new friends and always gets involved in the activities. It's so lovely to see her regaining some of her life. She was very worried about entering a care home
as were we but she has found a new found zest for life which is amazing to see. Absolutely the best thing to happen to her she now gets to socialise everyday and always has company which after living alone for so many years is just the best thing for her. The staff are all lovely, Lucy is a great activities co ordinator there's always something fun planned and I love seeing the updates on social media.

Temple croft is the most fantastic place for my dad he as all of his care needs met to the highest standard the staff and management are always on hand to help and deal with any problems or just a chat the activities coordinator always as something in place to keep all residents busy and mind active

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff that works at Temple Croft care home for the way they care and look after my mother and other residents, My mum has been with them now for Two years four months and she is very happy there with all the activities going on there is always something
happening daytrips out bands singers Llamas and lots more.
The big thank you is for everybody there that's Management, office staff, care workers team leaders and assistants who all work so professionally, Cooks and kitchen staff the food they prepare is always fresh and tastes great, the cleaners and domestic staff that keep the place lovely and clean, and the acclivities coordinator who is also kept very busy.
Everybody that works there are polite helpful and friendly which makes visiting time a pleasure.

All staff seems to really enjoy their work as you can see how they care for the residents. They have a dedicated activity co ordinator who is doing a great job by stimulating a interacting with the resisents. Overall a very proactive home who put all residents first not profit first, which is a refreshing
change from my past experiences.

The level of care is very good, certainly since the introduction of the New Manager. My mother's care is extremely good, staff are very patient and always meet her needs. Most of all since her hospital in-patient stay and her additional needs, the staff have really taken care of her individual care.
Since the new manager came everything - including gardens, staff moral and over all attention to all details has improved expodentially and we as a family are very happy for Mum.
