experience that 'working in care' is not an easy job. The home is so lovely and the staff are so hardworking and always cheerful. I have nothing but praise for the Management and all the staff, as they say 'they are all one big family'. Sadly my Mum passed away on November 18th. I am so grateful to them all, that along with my daughter, sister and nephew, we were with her day/ night throughout her last days. I can't thank them enough for the care and support they gave my Mum and us as a family. They really are outstanding.

We were unanimous in our decision to bring her here and have not regretted it at all. This is a caring friendly home, the staff and management alike will go the extra mile for both residents and visitors.

With the care and love that he receives at Orchard Court... I have got my dad back! He is chatty, witty, caring, funny and loving again. They have brought him out of his hidden world and it's the best thing ever!
Nothing is too much trouble for them. He eats what and when he wants there (I understand that is a lot of times with him) The staffing levels are incredible, there's always someone on hand to deal with the residents' needs and he is so happy there.
It really is the most wonderful place for people. It is clean, modern, tidy and very unlike many places.

Since she moved in she has become so much happier and carefree, more like her younger self. Every time her family visits she cannot express enough how lovely and kind the staff are and how cared for she feels. Living in one of the bungalows, Orchard Court has given her the feeling of independence and safety while delivering a high standard of support and care. They have a wide range of activities and social events for residents which families are also invited to join. Every member of staff is welcoming and enthusiastic. We thank you all immensely.

Dad was not the best as he was having an extremely bad day. He moved in in May 2022 to a wonderful room (we all cried that day!) and the difference in him in a few days was amazing. He has come out of himself, he is engaging with the staff and residents and we can finally have some quality time with him when we visit. We always receive a warm welcome from everyone when we visit, we can even bring our dog with us which everyone, staff and residents alike, enjoy. This is the best care home I have seen and the ‘family’ have welcomed Dad into the fold, we know he will enjoy the life he has left in the fullest sense here.
