I find that the Hollies is a great home and the staff are very supportive. My younger sister who has a lot of complex needs and is blind and deaf, is being supported really well. She seems very settled and very happy. She was full of smiles and seems very happy. I'm glad she has settled down. The manager
and staff are very kind and supportive. My sister seems to have a good relationship with them. I'm so glad she has gone to the care home.

The Hollies is a very clean building, staffed by the most amazing people. Nothing is too much trouble. My brother has lived at The Hollies for almost three years. I cannot fault the staff for their friendly, professional attitude. This extends to my elderly Mother. The compassion shown to her and the
lengths staff go to, enabling Mum to see my brother is remarkable. My brother has thrived since living at The Hollies; he was almost institutionalised whilst in hospital. Now he is happy and smiling. Thank you to everyone at The Hollies for all their hard work. You are superstars.

Our dear sister has spent over ten years at Roman Park, and the quality of care and facility for our sister was excellent. Whilst we as family members have not always been around to cover for our sister, we have been fully confident that her needs would always be met by the family and staff.

Over the last three years, my experience has been very positive. My aunt has received excellent professional care combined with kindness and respect. As I live far from the care home this has proved a great reassurance.

Our son has been at Oakleigh Lodge for over 4 and a half year. This was a newly-developed care home for approximately 10 residents when he moved in. It was a well-managed and good care home which provided appropriate support for our son for a couple of years. The service was then able to expand. At
this time, it outgrew the manager's skills and experienced significant deterioration. Steps were taken to address this, including major changes in staff at all levels and of the management structure. It was a carefully managed process but took approximately 18 months for the home to regain it's good reputation, with increased capacity for around 16-18 residents. Throughout the process, diligence was given to rectify problems and ensure their care continued with minimal disruption.
The situation has been turned around and it is currently a care home ranking in all assessments between good and excellent. The management structure is well developed. Staff seem happy and put together very well. The residents appear well cared for and contented. Families and friends are welcomed to be involved and the environment is well-maintained and very pleasing.
