. After leaving Preston hospital I was placed at Dolphinlea for rehab and physio which was for 5weeks,on arrival I was not in a good mental health state as I had recently had both lower limbs removed and I was also being treated for prostrate cancer and lymtho cancer. The staff welcomed me on...

My sister told me you had contacted her to tell her our father had had meds withdrawn by a doctor and end-of-life care would be administered. My younger sister was phoned, a voicemail had been left with my brother and I was told Milbanke would contact me, there has been no contact with me. But for...

My younger sister was phoned, a voicemail had been left with my brother and I was told Milbanke would contact me, there has been no contact with me. But for my siblings, I would not know if my father was dead or alive! You have my mobile number as you phoned me to tell me my father had fallen and was going to the hospital. I am disgusted with the way I have been treated.
We have been nothing but impressed with Beacon View. Having tried other care homes, this is by far the best to meet the needs of my mum. Everyone is so compassionate and understanding. She always received outstanding care. Nothing is too much trouble. Her every need is catered for with the greatest...
My mum is very happy at Beacon View and sees it as her forever home, not just respite. It has such a homely atmosphere. Visitors are always welcomed and made to feel part of the Beacon View family. I cannot recommend this home enough. As a family, we are so grateful for everything they do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all the staff at Beacon View!
I was in Meadowfield for 9 weeks after breaking my hip and got loads of help from occupational therapy and physio. All did a great job. Also, the management and carers who looked after me were excellent.

It's awesome because it gives me a very good break from my family and I have made a lot of friends and an awful lot of fantastic staff around to support me, so thank you.

My grandma was in this care home after a fall and stay in hospital, at first we were all nervous about the transition as previously she was independently living at home, however, the care staff were brilliant. Any concerns they would ease, the management staff team are all wonderful and all work...
My grandma was in this care home after a fall and stay in hospital, at first we were all nervous about the transition as previously she was independently living at home, however, the care staff were brilliant. Any concerns they would ease, the management staff team are all wonderful and all work towards providing a common goal of making lives better. The home in itself isn’t the most modern but the staff and office team make up for that which is the most important thing. If I could give 10 stars, I would. You are all an asset to the care industry.
Difficulty getting GP to visit or prescribe and time is taken to obtain an appropriate prescription from the home practice....
Food options are good.
The staff have without fail...
The Management and Staff have my unending gratitude.
This establishment is well run by the management and the staff. I personally would say...
We visit this regularly, and it is always clean.
Very caring home. My father just died, end of life care couldn't be better. Would recommend this care home to everyone, father been happy here for the last 4 years.

Since the day I walked through the doors, unannounced, to view Woodside with my 84-year-old mum, who had a Dementia diagnosis and was now unable to live alone, I have had the most respect and admiration for all of the staff - administrators and caters alike. Woodside is spotless, friendly, run like...
Thank you a million Woodside people.
