There are robust quality assurance systems that continuously monitor the quality of service provision, which include matters relating to keeping people safe and helping people to live their lives as they choose. This is further verified by external quality assurance measures implemented by regulators and commissioners. In general, relationships with relatives and professionals are very positive, as evidenced by the recent satisfaction questionnaire results which yielded 100% positivity. The home offers excellent quality person-centred care and support to vulnerable adults and continually strives to facilitate outstanding outcomes for the people that we support. Read less
