The staff had my mother in tears for her birthday staff and management looked after her and spoilt her rotten which was fantastic.
As for food, well there is nothing I can say about that except there is plenty of it and its all home cooked and tastes great.
They also do other activities, last week there was a barbeque for all the residents and to see their faces light up being outside in the summer sun was amazing and just the sort of thing I have come to expect from them all.
The room my mother is in is large with an ensuite bathroom where she can take care of her self when able but the staff are always on hand should she need assistance

always look clean and tidy and are interacted with, by the staff, well. The manager has an open-door policy and is always available for a chat. I know if I had any concerns that they would be dealt with promptly as the manager welcomes concerns to make the home a better place for the residents to live in.
