Definitely not recommend and we had the the worst experience you could ever imagine placing a loved into care for the first time here. The home is poorly managed, with rude, unprofessional and untrained staff that are incapable of providing basic care. Care standards were so disgusting that I was...
Definitely not recommend and we had the the worst experience you could ever imagine placing a loved into care for the first time here. The home is poorly managed, with rude, unprofessional and untrained staff that are incapable of providing basic care. Care standards were so disgusting that I was constantly on the phone logging issues with the CQC. Unfortunately they haven't had a CQC review for several years so their rating in NOT and accurate representation. If you are considering placing your loved one in this home I urge you to seriously reconsider. Complaints are not well received by management and if you complain they will ensure that all your rights as a family member are taken away from you whilst they take complete control and refuse to share any records and information about the health and welfare of your loved one. Avoid at all costs

You'll meet the qualified, skilled and knowledgeable team, who can talk to you about their training on their individual learning pathway, and meet the manager who has recently been recognised in national care awards.You'll be able to see why The Minims is consistently recognised for the quality of care we deliver; why we are rated as 'GOOD' in all areas by the Care Quality Commission (CQC); and why this year Herts County Council rated The Minims 'GOOD' overall, with elements of 'OUTSTANDING practice' in their Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution (PAMMS) framework. We're open, and we are happy for you to visit, so come and see what we do and make up your own mind.
