Friendly staff, a nurse on the unit, the local doctor Briarwood use is great, my father's cognitive and mental health has vastly improved from him first going into Briarwood, they do make a difference. He has been well looked after.

My mam has been a resident at Briarwood for around two months now and all I can say is the change in her is amazing. She has settled really well and loves the staff. She is gaining weight and looks really happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they are always there if we need anything. We
as a family feel more settled knowing my mam is well cared for

My husband has been in Alderwood now for nearly 5 months. I am overwhelmed by the quality of care and attention he receives every day. He is very happy there and never asks to come home. The staff are brilliant, they help him with all of his needs, of which he has many. They are kind, caring, and like
a big family to him and me. The Home has plenty of activities going on to help stimulate him. Last week they were all dressed up for Halloween and they had a lovely party with games etc. He loves dancing and the staff dance with him most days.
I will always be forever grateful for what they are doing to help me and my hubby and I would definitely recommend this Home to everyone.

My brother was well looked after. Staff were excellent and played games and all the activities to keep him occupied, respected and well looked after. As I said, all I can say to the staff is a big thank you.
