after. There are always lots of staff around and seem to engage well with the residents. If ever there are any medical or other issues with my mother's care, I or one of my sisters always receive an informative call from a member of staff. The only issue I have is, as my mother has dementia, she is now unable to use her mobile phone which makes easy telephone contact, with her, pretty difficult and can entail many unanswered calls from myself or my sisters. I do, however, understand that telephone lines have to be kept as clear as possible but I feel that this is an issue that could be addressed.

The nursing staff always ensure we are kept informed about the health and well-being of my in-laws. The care, dignity and compassion they provide is excellent.
All supporting staff are superb. They go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion.
All staff have gone out of their way to support my husband and me during an extremely stressful time.
The home is always spotless, warm and comfortable. The range of activities is varied and inclusive for all residents.
