Mum and Dad were in REDLANDS together from July 2016
Dad pass away 2023 and mum 2026

My parents got the best care from every member of staff.We as a family could not thank the staff enough for the amazing kindness and care our parents were given. Not only was their kindness gaveing to my parents also to us. Always ready with a kind word or contacting us straight away when needed. I honestly couldn't fault Redlands will always be grateful for the care my parents got in the last years of their life

I honestly can't put in words how grateful I am to the staff and the manager at Redlands. My grandad came in for respite as he was poorly. Unfortunately there were underlying issues we didn't know about and he peacefully passed there after 5 weeks. The manager and assistant manager were always there ready to talk, not just about grandad but our wellbeing, the staff were always on hand to help with anything, even if it was just to bring us snacks and drinks.
Grandad came to the home very unwell looking but after a week he was a different man. He made friends and kept all the staff on their toes.

If I was going to recommend a care home it would be this one. You will also fall in love with the residents too
