My mother, Pamula's care was excellent whilst she stayed at Edensor. All the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, they were very attentive to my mother's needs and my family that came to visit. I would like to thank Ruben and his nursing staff for all they did to make my mother comfortable
before her passing. Their dedication to the nursing profession and the manor they go about looking after their patients is a credit and example to nursing as a whole. Thank you very much Edensor.

My husband was in respite for a month. Staff are friendly, cheerful and approachable. Care given was excellent as was cleanliness and activities.

overall good, they are updating a very old building and careers and nursing staff are caring, food could have a bit more variety, but do try and please all the residents , the managers deal with every enquiry as soon as possible, and keep us informed on how it's progressing, nursing staff are very caring
and react to emergencies very efficiently

My Dad went into this care home from the hospital as he was on End of Life, the staff was excellent with everything they done. They looked after him with care and compassion. They looked after us. We was there 24 hours a day for two weeks they fed us. They gave us drinks. A nurse was in to see My Dad
at least 10 times a day while we was there, there was nothing that was too much bother. They kept us informed of everything they was doing and was extremely friendly and extremely lovely. If anybody could have done anything else to help him I don't know what they could have done, he was washed and dressed and shaved every day, even though he didn't know what was going on. He even had his haircut.
What a wonderful Care Home if you are thinking of putting any of your relatives in there, don't be afraid they will be looked after very well

My mother is presently a resident at Edensor and is receiving excellent care. She is now over 100 years old and obviously gets rather confused at times but the staff are very attentive and help her to feel safe.
They are caring for her very well and she is always lovely and clean.

My brother was cared for in a kind, understanding way. The staff listened to us relatives and any questions and concerns were noted. Felt very confident leaving my brother in Edensor in the dedicated care of every member of staff. Would highly recommend this nursing home to anybody needing this specialist

Mum was a resident of Edensor Care Centre for 10 months. During that time, she was made to feel welcome with the carers doing their utmost to gain mums confidence and trust. Eventually, they succeeded and mum enjoyed going out to local restaurants with them, a trip to the beach and to local shows. All
the staff at Edensor had mum and her family's best interests at heart. Communication between the home and mums family was excellent, we had regular phone calls from the nurses and managers on mums progress, or not as the care maybe. The last two weeks of mum's time with us was difficult for all involved. The care centres team were really respectful of of mum and her family's wishes and treated her with dignity and respect. Thank you for your care and compassion.

My mother spent a month here before she passed away. The staff were excellent, always helpful and caring and were very supportive when I wanted to take my mother out for the day. Always welcoming whatever time I came to visit. Really appreciate all the help that the staff gave to me and my mother.

My husband has been in Edensor Care Centre for the past year with alzheimers. In the last few days of his life, he and I were treated with the utmost care attention and love. Nothing was too much trouble. We were treated with dignity and can only express how grateful we have been to make those last
few hours as comfortable as possible. I have been welcomed into the wonderful family atmosphere. I shall be forever grateful.

There aren't words to thank this home enough for the amazing care and compassion that they gave my dad whilst staying at the home. He sadly passed away and his last days were met with so much care and dignity from the staff I was overwhelmed. They opened their arms to us as a whole family and the whole
time he was there he was treated so beautifully and fondly by all the staff "We might not be all about champagne and sparklers it is all about the care" a most fitting perfect phrase they are most definitely all about the care. I thank for from the bottom of my heart.

My nephew and I have been so pleased that we chose Edensor to care for his father and my brother. We cannot fault the standard of care that the team provides. The dining room is like a restaurant and always looks very nice. The food menu is very good, as is the quality. The bedroom he is in was decorated,
and new bedding, curtains and pictures were added on his arrival. He is sometimes very confused and anxious, which can be quickly resolved by a cuddle and reassurance from the care team. I have witnessed some of the entertainment which is provided for the residents, which they all seem to enjoy. The home is run by an excellent management team. I cannot fault it.

Edensor is a very warm and welcoming home. The staff and management are always kind and caring. They keep you informed at all times of your loved one's highs and lows. They are very attentive to each user, monitoring very regularly. The home is kept warm and very clean, and the smell of good food is
always there. The staff and management offer help with any authorities you may need to liaise with. I can't recommend Edensor highly enough.

My husband was in Edensor Care Centre for two years. I was very happy with his care. They kept me informed about everything. He was taken in during to covid lock down so zoomed me every week. His end-of-life care was excellent. The two nurses who were their on the last week were wonderful. They looked
after him and also me. I was able to stay with him which is what I have always wanted so was there when he died. The rest of the staff were great and looked after us both as well.

A lovely friendly place for my dad to spend the last months of his life. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You are treated as family there. I was able to stay with dad until his final breath. I would recommend this place to anyone whose family is facing dementia and end-of-life care.

As a family member, I think it is very nice. Dad seems happy which is very important. They seem to make wishes come true and make sure Dad gets to do what he did before he came here. Dd always looks clean shaved and always tidy, the young girls and young men always have time for Dad even though they
are always busy. The management always make sure of everything that is happening to Dad. ie. appoints that I am always aware of what's happening.

Dad was at Edensor for about six months. The home is well run. Dad was looked after extremely well. The staff are fantastic, and I mean all the staff, helpful, considerate and friendly. They always informed me of any issues and actions during Dad's stay. Thank you for looking after Dad.
